The staff were incredibly friendly and kind to myself and my family. From the bar staff, waiters/servers to the receptionists, especially the lady at reception with glasses on.

- food was amazing. Well cooked, beautifully presented
- staff at the restaurants and bar are great and helpful
- the worst part was animation. The staff that was around the pool (there was at least 5 of them) are nice and smiley people, they are just not that good animators. For starters, THERE ARE NO ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS. None. Whatsoever. There is a kids room for very small kids, with baby toys and a lady with super bad vibe, not willing to play with kids at all. On the outside area, there is nothing for kids, even though there is a schedule of activities. We've asked the reception and the animation manager at least 4 times and ways got dodgy answers, but no one ever did anything. Once, they said there were not enough kids. I myself gathered 7 of them to play football and there were many, many more. The activities were only for adults (and even so, very short and not all that great). I mean, the same chain has a hitel for adults only, I would expect that this one would be more child friendly. Well, IT'S NOT. I repeat, do not bring your kids here, you'll be disappointed. Also, if it's a rainy day, there is no animation. The staff will just hang around, doing nothing
- the offer of drinks is poor. The spirits are of incredibly low quality (even for all inclusive standards) and the beer is almost lukewarm.
- the couple's bed is just a (poor) junction of 2 single beds, with a significant gap in between. Not at all comfortable for a couple.
- there is no indoor pool. The photos here on booking mislead you to think there is one. In fact, we found out on the last day that there is one by the spa area, but access is restricted
- reception was unnatentive and rude to my wife

Kindness and professionalism of the staff: doormen, reception clerks, servers, barmen, cleaning ladies, public relations, etc... they were doing a great job and you could tell they were properly trained. Kudos to all of them.
Good food variety at the buffet.
Fairly good wifi.
Some furnitures in the room needed to be replaced. The sofa was a little worn out and the bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and it was initially hard to get a room with a double bed.
The worst was the very noisy AC, even if the fan was set to the lowest speed. It was extremely loud.
The rooms could use some better soundproofing, if youre a light sleeper you will easily hear the sound of luggage dragged out on the corridors tile floors or simply other guests talking loudly.

Some of the staff were pleasant, but apart from that unfortunately there isnt anything positive to say about this hotel. At a push its a 2 star. The food and drinks are terrible and we found a huge clump of hair in our food but nothing was said or done about this. We had wet bed sheets for our one night stay, the bathroom was dirty and had ants crawling everywhere. The foul stench in our room was unbelievable - never experienced anything like it, but again nothing was said or done about it when we brought it to the hotels attention. Overall our one night stay couldnt be over quick enough. Such a let down, especially after we had such an amazing stay elsewhere in Marrakesh. Its a shame this larger hotel couldnt follow in the same footsteps.
Food and drinks were awful. Worst I have experienced from an all inclusive hotel. The entertain was odd and disorganised. The cleanliness was diabolical! We found a huge clump of hair in our salad!

We liked everything, the staff were amazing, so welcoming and really good with children. There was a really good variety of food and drink (especially the cocktails).When there wasn't a buffet there was a pool side bar which served hot food like pizza, sandwiches, burgers ect which was lovely if you missed lunch, there was always something to eat. The room was clean and spacious, the room service was really good, The entertainment was fun, the lobby was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and quite big.
I cant say there was anything I didn't like apart from the shop was a little pricy, but it was convenient as it was open until 11 and had a good range of essentials. And they let my son make Argon oil from scratch which was a lovely touch.

Having read some reviews I had slightly lowered our expectations in regards to the rooms, WiFi and food/drink and was pleasantly surprised. No issues with getting WiFi, food was as youd expect for a buffet but always something to choose and drinks were fine as we stuck to beers/wine. The ros was great! All the staff worked hard and given it was in the 30+ degree heat and Ramadan it cant have been easy. Couple of great young lads including Omar on the outdoor bar serving food/drinks and the lobby bar had a lovely slightly older guy serving there most evenings who would always be friendly and have a chat, apologies I dont have his name. Manal and Hassan on the reception were really helpful booking the shuttle, late check out and our taxis etc.
The kids club and pool needs some attention, the place was packed with families but its all a bit worn out/broken. The animation staff were excellent at bringing a good vibe though and doing games everyday! Also not enough sun beds, everyone up at 7am reserving them, however the pool staff did always do their best to get you some and shuffle things around.

There is very little to do, especially for children. The play area can only be used if they attend kids club.
