The location is nice. The staffs are very attentive and helpfull.
The television channels are fully local and Arabic language. I didnt get English at least news channels.

Staff were attentive, helpful and had great English. Breakfast was excellent and we especially liked the omelette and crepe station. Room had good air-conditioning, was large and had strong wifi.
Nothing. Perhaps distance to Madina however, staff were helpful in assisting us with taxis.

It was clean and neat and regularly cleaned by housekeeping. Most of all the staff were amazing. Especially the reception staff. They treated me like family like always. Amazing people. Love them.

Location was good, swimming pool area was good. Had safety box in room, balcony.
Meant to be 4 star hotel? I've stayed in 2 star hotels that were better.
Furniture was very old, shower facilities were pretty dismal (shower holder was actually broken!) mattress could be re-newed, it had seen better days.

Kind and service minded staff, location, lobby, smooth check in and check out, breakfast and dinner, good value for money.
Bathtoob feels a bit outdated, shower hose, no complimentary water bottle nor coffee and tea kettle in room which should be standard for a 4 star hotel.
