Good location 30 mins from airport, spacious hotel with sister hotel and water park 200 meters away.
Quad bikes really close, and half price if you booked direct

The gardens outside were beautiful. That was the only good thing about the hotel.
The food, I had food poisoning after the first meal. The rooms were dirty, outdated and old. Cracks and marks on walls. Broken safe box, broken sink, toilet basin coming off the wall. The hotel looked worn out and dirty, photos I've seen of this place don't paint a true picture of what it really looks like. Only stayed two nights and wanted to leave after the first night. Terrible experience. Contacted booking.com to complain and no one has gotten back to me since Monday.

Helpful staff when they can, but hierarchy system didnt enable them to help. Their Managers always busy and never available and therefore requests can never be achieved
Lack of amenities, this isnt a 4 star hotel, water park very limited with literally only few slides (shouldnt be called a water park) Rooms very outdated Gardens mostly muddy Lack of soap Bed covers only cleaned upon Checkin for the entirety of the stay. Lack of soap and champion Toilets disgusting Sinks and showers block easily Balcony unclear Furniture limited at best Stand-alone fridge TV not working AC wasnt working the first day Limited number of room towels (room of 5) only 2 large towels given Etc

The staff were incredible.
Yassine, Tamir, ines, and yahya were exceptional staff members. Always made us feel at home and involved with all activities and entertainment.
The facilities were also great, and the open bar was also a very nice addition.
All in all, a really good hotel to stay at.
We did not like the food at all!
Of the 7 days we stayed there, we only ate from the buffet approximately 5-6times and most of it was like just Fries at lunch or just coffee at breakfast because we weren't a fan of the food at all. There needs to be a wider variety of different foods that suit all ages and ethnicities, especially with the resort being full of different people from all around the world. The food was what really put our rating down.
Also, as I said earlier, with the bar being a really good addition, I was not a fan of the fact that you have to pay for drinks after 11.

No WiFi in the room, that is really bad, I couldn't talk to my children, I had to come to the lobby to use Wi-Fi. This is really bad.

Staff was great, very helpful. They are very friendly. Food was good. Animations were ok. Facilities ok. Good price.
Could be more food choices. The rooms could be newer and better. All inclusive drinks could be better quality. Could be more choices for drinks. Coffee is not good quality. Bad coffee.

The food and the activities offered were very good
There is a lot of work to be done regarding the cleanliness of the room and the service offered: 1- No toilet paper, and when I asked for it, I had to wait for around an hour. 2- Ants are everywhere. 3- Only two towels provided for a family of four. 4- One light bulb was not working (the staff changed it upon my request). 5- No shampoo or soap provided; I had to ask for it.

No safety , not responsible it was a step broken under water in the pool that should be repaired but no , my son got injured and nobody care even a nurse to look at it there is no one , just a medical office close all the time . I run to the hospital which was 30 km away with all the blood going out I were alone with 3 kids .
Finally I did the x trays and my son got 7 stitches, and our vacation were ruined .
