Food is really really bad , to get a drink non alcoholic or alcoholic the queue is huge and paper cups are tiny, and only allowed one at once unless your French then you can have 4

I liked the satff there were very kind and helpful. foods was right
almost all excepting the staff. the room was invaded by ants and my wife was very scared were told that tehy founf a little snake in the ground flooor. the staff was very angry towards the management was told. equipments are very old I was there about 10 years ago and nothing has changed. photos in your site have nothing to do with the reality to pay such amount for this calamity does not worth and the local does not deserve all this. the little pool was not clean.

Had lots to do but wasnt advertised very well and reception did not advise of Mango pool the water park pool or anything else.
Rooms are very outdated and need upgrading. Bathroom was dirty and limescale mould everywhere. Needs another buffet restaurant too busy and only 2 members of staff were polite. Need more staff.

The entertainment was alright
The food was an absolute disaster so as the cleanliness of the facilities. My daughters didnt even feel the need to have any lunch or dinner as they have come across an uncooked piece of fish!!! Alarming!!! The hygiene standards are beyond belief. I would never stay in that place again

Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone.
Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

For my family, the waterpark was the best thing about this hotel. It is lots of fun and keeps you cool from the heat. However, adults do need to be with their children and supervise them. The slides can be dangerous when there are more than 4 adults in one circlular dingy (you can crack heads really badly) and the Tsunami ride is fun but very risky if not careful (you can hurt your back). The staff are friendly, but stressed out. It is a large hotel with lots of pools and facilities. The ability to exchange GBP at a decent rate at the desk was very convenient. They also have an ATM (fees apply) at the hotel too. The hotel minibus can be reserved for 20dh one way.
The air conditioning is very poor in most places especially in the bedroom making the entire stay and sleeping uncomfortable. The first room we were given had a terrible stench of urine. Even though we booked well in advance for specific rooms, we were given completely different room configurations. The room had loads of mosquitos. I had to spray everyday to reduce them, but that's not good for our health is it? The food was hit and miss and sadly, they don't have enough drinks machines in the restaurant and most of the time they are not working properly. Meal times got so busy that there was always a shortage of tables and cutlery. The outside bar has wasps everywhere! Going in and out of the cups, syrups, drinks - a real turn off. The hotel is far from everything. The taxis would charge 150-200dh (15) a pop one way. We used an app called inDrive to get much cheaper taxis 70dh each way, but you would have to meet the driver outside the hotel as the other taxis block/report them. Most of the machines in the gym were broken. If this hotel invested/upgraded their AC and had better management, then it would be superb. Please invest/upgrade your air conditioning system, keep all wasps/bugs/mosquitoes clear, get more drinks machines and a better hotel/project manager.

Amenities, entertainment (daytime) was busy, variety of food was good, water park was a nice touch, enjoyed use of the spa for a good price. Grounds were immaculate
Lack of English entertainment, it was all French speaking shows/activities so didnt get involved much due to not knowing what was going on

We enjoyed Amin!!!! He gave us an awesome experience overall. He made sure my friend Jenn had an awesome birthday from the start of the day to the finish. He was there when we arrived, he checked in with us throughout the day, and he provided a HUGE birthday experience for my friend Jenn. He works very hard and we appreciate AMIN!!!
