We stayed four nights with ease. Great location and easy to find once you found it once! Our flight was delayed resulting in a very late arrival (1am) we were met off the taxi and walked down. We slept in the following morning and missed breakfast but they kindly made up one for us. Staff were super attentive and welcoming. As helpful as they possibly could. Jamil and jalil were two we dealt with. Very personalised five star service. Breakfast was lovely. On the havanna every morning. Tea, pastry, pancakes, omelettes, fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, and it changed daily. The room was spotless. And cleaned every day to perfection. Our clothes tidied away. Left money for the cleaner but she didnt take it so left a tip with a note when we were leaving. Felt very safe, private and quiet. I will recommend to anyone who is going.

Our stay in Dar Rocmarra was great, the staff was very attentive and helpful. Location has some rough edges but is very close to everywhere and we felt safe at all hours.

Beautiful room in a lovely Riad with great central garden. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Location is perfect. We ate dinner twice at the Riad and both meals were incredible as well. Rooftop terrace is really wonderful for having breakfast/dinner and cat watching.

I really liked everything about Dar Rocmarra. The rooms were beautiful, staff was excellent and food delicious. It was convenient to all major sites. They had lovely rose petals sprinkled on the bed. Delicious breakfast on the roof!
The only thing to remember is that Dar Rocmarra is not super luxury. It is smaller hotel that is charming and personal but doesn't have a lot of amenities.

Dar Rocmarra is located in the medina but far away enough from the noise and crowds. It was hard to find initially so locals had to help me find it. Once found, it was an absolute delight. Jamila and her team provided a wonderful service. Breakfast included a variety of delicious foods that left me full and energised for a day of exploring. The room was very comfortable. Dar Rocmarra was a beautiful haven after a day of wondering around Marrakech.
I was in the ground level room next to the courtyard. It was noisy on a couple of nights when guests arrived or returned for the day and took a while to settle in or down. Perhaps advice could be given to guests to be quiet when in the courtyard and to be mindful of other guests staying at Dar Rocmarra.

Lovely breakfast everyday -always something different and beautifully presented. Evening meal on the first night was very good too. Rooms were beautifully furnished and presented and the level of cleanliness was superb. Rooftop garden was lovely too for sunnier days. The staff were all very polite and helpful and made us feel very at home.
As it was low season the bedroom for the suite (a large bedroom with living area) was a little cold although a super thick throw was provided and additional heaters.

The wonderful Jamilla, the manager of Dar Rocmarra, really looks after you. She greeted me off the taxi, and provided mint tea and wonderful home made biscuits on arrival. Also provided a map and directions to restaurants and attractions, advice on how much things cost and helped another couple out with their hire car enquiries whilst I was there. She also pre-booked my transfer from the airport - perhaps not the cheapest option but means you get door to door service from somebody who knows the Medina, to ensure you don't get lost! Breakfast was lovely set in the very peaceful courtyard and she went out of her way to make sure I got breakfast on my last day before I had to leave for the airport. The room was beautiful, with a seating area and lovely furnishings, and a huge bath! :) V nice after the many miles of walking. Marrakesh is fabulous, spontaneous and the colours and crafts wonderful - people friendly - don't be afraid to bargain. Just watch out for the scooters in the souks! ;)

Great breakfast on the terrace- a perfect way to start the day. The staff were very welcoming and v helpful regarding local information and booking taxis for example. dar Rocmarra was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The rose petals and roses, the room service, and all the amenities added to a feeling of calm and beauty within the structure.

the noise. the kitchen is within the courtyard with no door on it and every tiny clink of crockery can be heard really loudly and this starts between 5 and 7am. I hardly slept whilst there which is really sad because holidays are for rest!

Everything! Beautifully decorated atmospheric riad in the heart of the old medina, yet close to the taxi drop off point, pretty central courtyard & roof top terrace. We stayed in the suite, huge bed, loads of storage, comfortable seating area, lovely bathroom.
Our hosts, Jamila & Jalil, were so attentive without being intrusive, & had a wealth of local knowledge, offered great information & advice, booked our transfers & a trip for us, at very reasonable prices, and kept us well fed with fantastic breakfast selections. We also had dinner on the night we arrived, a tasty chicken tajine,, & always a good supply of beer & wine on offer.
Must also mention the young lady (Leteifa?) who came in every day, & kept our room spotlessly clean & tidy. Would definately stay here again!

Everything from the beginning of our stay in Dar Rocmarra was exceptional! The riad is quite small and cozy, just 5 rooms what gives you the feeling you really stay at home. This is the personnel who makes you feel most welcome. As we were a group of 10 then Ms Jamilla was so kind and walked outside to the parking (Just opposite the Muse des confluences) and helped to arrange with luggage and directions to the riad!
The riad itself is very clean, the breakfast was delicious served for all of us together on a large table in the patio next to the decorative pool.
Also the terrace is the added value where to chill in the evenings with a glass of orange juice or whatever you prefer!
As always in Morocco - the visit could be longer.

When we reached the riad, we were kindly greeted with a welcome tea and got a map and great tips for exploring the city. The staff was very helpful and helped us with all requests including serving us breakfast early spontaneuously on the last day since we had to leave for our planned tour earlier than expected. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and very delicious.

Warm welcome, lots of tips about the city.
The quality of the bedding, towels and robes was exceptional and I'm sure we had fresh sheets during our 4 night stay.
Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the medina but easily accessible. Sun loungers on the roof terrace a bonus.
