The breakfast was ok typical Moroccan
The staff at the reception was not very helpful. The toilet did not work, we reported it at 18h. At 21h it was still not fixed so we asked for another room which we got after a long discussion. They also charged city tax which was not specified in booking.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They host you with a lot of care. Facilities were small but comfortable. The place was clean and well kept.
The only thing missing is more flexible food service. They offer very nice Moroccan breakfast, but throughout the day they don't have food or snack service available, and if they do, it is some restrictions. And beverages are very limited.

Breakfast is delicious, they can serve even gluten free food, you just have to tell your request a day earlier. Staff is very helpful. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the old town. We would return again.

The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and the room was great. It was clean, the beds were a really good size considering they were single beds, and the shower was very refreshing.
We were really disappointed with the pool, it hadn't been cleaned as there were insects in there, it was a green colour and there was just a hose sticking in the pool. The area around the pool was nice but it was quite clear that the sunbeds hadn't been cleaned in months. We ended up paying for a pool pass to go to another hotel because the pool was unusable.
The facilities weren't very good either, on booking.com it said there was a resturant but when we arrived and went upstairs to the rooftop where the bar and resturant should have been, it was still under refurbishment (which had apparently been going on for over a year).
The TV didnt work properly either, even when the staff helped to set it up, we still couldnt get any channels working.

I am awaiting response from the manager about my stay here, the staff were amazing but I am disappointed with the cleanliness considering I paid for a presidential suite (lots of ants)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palais d'Hôtes Darsor. Such a pleasant place with multiple common areas to enjoy. Relatively quiet area and walking distance to several places we wanted to visit.

Redouane, the host, goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, offering a level of service that rivals that of a five-star hotel.
A truly wonderful place, combining elegance and charm with a perfect balance of tradition and modernity. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, featuring a generously sized bed and a luxurious bathroom.
The garden is very quiet and very cute with beautiful swimming pool and comfortable beds. You are in the city and you can hear the birds singing !
