Every damn thing was perfect, its quite popular so its easy to get around town and its also close to everything and everywhere.
Loved their breakfast, the accessibility to places and theres a money changing store just right across.

Room was huge, clean and came with rose petals on the bed, though i dont know if this was something they always do or unique to this experience the area is nice, outside of the main busy area but nearby to good restaurants rooftop pool is beautiful and the breakfast was easy and tasty with friendly smiling staff available to help
staff were a little difficult, took awhile to get across thet fact that i had a room booked, then the guy disappeared for 25mins without giving me a key

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Excellent customer service, and Mohamed at the reception was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marakkesh.

The location was great, and the breakfast was okay. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms weren't as noisy as other hotels' by the roadside. There were quite a number of restaurants and shops close to the hotel, and that helped.
The WiFi was fast, but it was down most of the time. The restaurant only catered for breakfast... no arrangements for lunch or dinner. The room was a bit small for the price and there was no mini fridge. It seemed construction was going on at the time - quite noisy sometimes, even with the 'thick' windows.

The staff was really very friendly and attentive. I felt really comfortable and received useful information. A special thanks to Manal, Amal, Mohamed and Rachid in reception! The young waiter at the breakfast buffet also deserves high praise.

Very clean, really friendly and attentive staff (especially at breakfast), strong wifi, dark room when trying to sleep, stylish decor, and a lovely rooftop pool. The check in and check out was efficient, the breakfast was lovely, and the rain shower was a highlight.

Perfect location if you have to stay near the train station or you just prefer staying outside the Medina in the modern area (nice restaurants and a mall nearby). The hotel and the room seemed brand new. Nice rooftop to relax.
Mattress was a bit too firm for my taste
