Good quiet location. Big room and good breakfast. Good roof terrace but could do with a shower to cool off in hot weather
Despite photos on booking.com showing a balcony not all rooms do. Poolside beds not comfortable. Cant access the property without ringing the door bell.

The Hivernage Secret Suites & Garden literally lived up to its name - a secret find that is an oasis on its own with peace, privacy, and serenity, set amidst a beautiful garden. Due to the small property size, the staff to customer ratio is excellent and I love the personalised service, especially at breakfast, quite unparalleled. And always feel so welcomed when we come back, and being greeted at the door! The breakfast selection is also decent, and dinner good as well. All the food is traditionally Moroccan, including the Mint Tea. The suites are also super big and has everything I need (and want) - from a relaxing corner, separate bath tub and shower area, powder area, separate sink, first time I don't have wonder where to put my toiletries and makeup altogether. Thank god the air conditioning is cold enough in the room.
I think the cleanliness could be slightly better - noticed a few things over my course of ten nights stay, which however, I think if you stay a few nights, you probably won't notice anyway. The chambermaid is creative in her folding and display of the towels though. Everyday different, definitely thoughtful!

Secret suites honestly blew me away. The hotel and the rooms were beautiful and we walked into rose petals and fresh flowers on our bed as we came for our late honeymoon. The wonderful staff were just amazing. Ishram was the kindest man and just knew, even before we did, what we needed or wanted to make our stay that extra bit special. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel, and would love to return and visit the lovely staff again one day. I even shed a tear when I left! Don't hesitate, just BOOK IT!!!

Excellent stay. The two of us really enjoyed the location and the hotel itself. The hotel is a 30 minute walk from the Medina and in a really nice, safe neighborhood, and perfect for escaping the busy center. There's loads of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance and so there's plenty of options for eating out. You can easily spend the day sitting by the pool in the heat if it's too hot to go out and spend a lot of time sight-seeing. Breakfast is fantastic - and enormous - you will not be hungry. The staff were all fantastic. Incredibly helpful and chatty, and were really happy to help with anything they could. The facilities are good too; room was a really good size with a balcony, and the roof terrace has everything on it you could need to lounge around in the sun. Would highly recommend this hotel for a couple looking to see the sights and also have some time to relax in the sun.

The staff were very courteous and helpful especially with booking reservations and giving advice or recommendations. The hotel is a small boutique hotel so it is intimate and a nice escape from the busy Marrakesh centre. Pool was great addition after a hot day of sightseeing

The location meant you had to taxi to the Medina or up to the new town & most tourist sights or face a walk in very hot sun for quite a while.

It was a paradise of tranquility hidden in the midst of an incredibly vibrant and exciting city. Everything about the hotel, pool and room was spotlessly clean and very luxurious. The best part by far though were the friendly staff who made us feel so welcome and absolutely nothing felt like it was too much trouble.
