Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The breakfast staff was nice, but the staff from the entry, especially at night, wasnt very friendly. The location was close to a shopping district with a lot of restaurants. The towels were always changed.
The shower had low pressure and kept changing temperature. The location was far away from the medina and the train/station. When we arrived we had an agreement with the hotel to have a transfer for us at the airport, but the driver didnt appear and when we called the hotel they just told us to get a taxi. The pillows were way too hard.

the pool is nice. the breakfast is also very nice and healthy. really enjoyed the traditional aspect of it.
the staff tried to charge us twice for the city tax, upon arrival and while we were checking out.
we were given the wrong room initially and were told 3 different times by 3 different staff members by the desk that this would get sorted out. in the end they managed to push our two single beds together to achieve a double bed, when its not what we initially paid for.
our keycard stopped working every evening when we got back from dinner and had to go to the lobby to complain for a new card 4 nights in a row.
the cleaners kept forgetting to clean our rooms and give us new towels, as we had to remind them whilst they were in the hallway every morning. its like our room was invisible.
