I loved the location of the property and the staff. Everyone is super nice and comfort your every need.
I have stayed at hotels that have better facilities inside for less. For me I find this hotel a tad bit expensive but they do have an excellent location.

The location was absolutely amazing, if you want to be in the centre of old Marrakesh by the infamous day & Night market, this is truly the place to be. The manager Loubna was very friendly and went the further mile to ensure our stay was of our expectations. She truly is a great manager.
Cleansiness of the room was not of great interest to the hotel staff. Neither was ensuring clean towels are made available, when we requested towels we were given hand towels.

Ideal location, street views, and accessible to all historical locations. Medina square just 5 minutes away on foot.

n my opinion the location is best in the city. Room was clean and big enough. Breakfast was quaite good.

The staff was so lovely and professional especially at the reception Abderrazak who provided me with all the necessary info to have a wonderful tour in the Medina. I can't thank him enough. Also the Room was very clean and comfortable.

Good location.
Wifi didn't work in our family room and other rooms that they tried to change when we informed them. So we were left with no WiFi to plan our holiday etc. Very disappointing.

The location was perfect, and a couple of minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna. The bedroom was extremely spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast on the roof terrace was great.
I was never quite sure if the people on the reception actually had anything to do with the hotel or were part of the travel agency that also used the space.
