The room was really filthy. Mould on the walls in bathroom and in the room. The smell was terrible. No internet in the room, available only in public areas and the connection was poor. We changed the hotel after one night.

Absolutely nothing! Worst hotel and staff I've ever encountered in my life.
Dirty bathroom, absolutely disgusting food which gave us food poisoning, rude staff who cannot understand any English at all, agreed to refund us 2 nights before we wanted to change the hotel due to above reasons. After we changed the hotel, they have now decided not to refund us. Hotel is so far from anything and even taxi drivers don't know how to find it. It cost you 200MAD each way to get to the city. There are no restaurants anywhere near the hotel and the hotel food is disgusting and we got food poisoning.

The worst hotel Ive ever experienced, be aware its a scam, they put an address in booking different than their real address, and guess what their real address has no road and you cant get to it unless you are on a big 4x4 car and dont mind ruining your can on the way. I wasnt able to get to their hotel since I got lost in the road and when I call them, no one answer, for more than two hours, they answer me in message from booking telling me the hotel is in a different address non built and I tell them can you just call me and assist, but no, they dont answer and they dont call. And you know it : no apology and no refund !

The staff were exceptional nothing was any trouble to them. Although its out of the way its far better than the hustle and bustle of the main city. Its about 25 minutes from the main centre which was not an issue for us.
The food could have been better however the staff were wonderful and over looked this we ended up going out most evenings anyway.

the staffs really helpful and welcoming. the property is easily reachable from marrakech - but useful advice is, do not try to reach it from the direction of the palmerie cause theres no road from there.
the bed is really comfortable, our favourite part was the pool and the rooftop with nice view of the palmerie.
very good value for the money, i totally recommend
only thing i would say as negative is the breakfast. there are a lot of delcious sweet cakes but i missed the wider selection of salty foods like eggs or cheeses.
