I liked that they were considerate and cared for people staying at the hotel as I just came back a week ago.
It was good however I did not like the lack of supplies and responsibility, we came in to a dirty room when we checked in? So we came back in 30 mins after and also they was barely any toiletries available.

The staff were mainly friendly, very helpful especially the receptionists (morning team), the manager at the restaurant during our breakfast, the governors and the room cleaner (525). They were very helpful and friendly. I had to change the room due to a noise from an opposite building were work was in progress and it was quick and easy to get me a new bigger and cleaner room (Thank you). The governor and the receptionist took great care. The room was big (525), were you have a TV and a spacious wardrobe. The location is good. Lots of restaurant and cafs around. Possibility to walk to El manara shopping centre around 20 minutes and an hour to jamaa Lefna (25 Dhr by taxi).
The worst part at the hotel and the reason behind rating it 7 is the wifi. It was very poor and almost of the time I was disconnected was caused me a stress during my stay as I had to do a job online everyday.

Practical location in Gueliz
Furniture was old and not really clean. Bed and bathroom were ok.
The guy at the reception would barely spoke and gave me a smaller room than the one I had booked. I had to insist to get the correct one.
