Langage storage they brooked my case and hotel dont care to understand issue and to resolve I asked for disbursement for my laudace I leave it perfect and they returned booked

The hotel is very nicely decorated, the pool is great, the room was comfortable and clean, free wifi connection worked fairly.
The hotel is quite far from the city center. The personnel did not really understand needs and questions so service was not really up to expectations. The spa indicated in the hotel name does not exist yet (work in progress) which was really disappointing as I chose the hotel for this reason. The pool opening hours were too restrictive to allow me to use it (as I stayed there for work).

Helpful and polite staff, especially in the reception and the bellhop
Ordered lunch twice. The club sandwich really needs some refining. The pizza actually tasted quite nice, but the meat on top was raw, so we had the staff grill the pizza until done.

Hotel Riad Ennakhil and Spa is a very peaceful stay. The bed is super comfortable I always have a good night sleep at this hotel and the cleaning is amazing! The lifeguard was very helpful at blowing up my babys swimming ring as I did not have a pump the staff are friendly as always.
Hotel Riad Ennakhil and Spa has changed over years the food variety isn't great. I was rather disappointed with the lunch menu which was limited there was no buffet just a little menu to choose from. This does need improvement

1. Room space. 2. Closeness to the stadium. 3. Got to see the LE FAR team.
1. Registry and the sport staff were not professional. They should take their job more seriously. 2. The gym's treadmills were broken, I got injured and no one was willing to understand nor compensate. 3. The sink was not sinking! The water was stuck for the night. 4. They gave us hot water bottles in this summer! 5. The fridge was barely cooling. 6. The pool was not clean.
