splendid facilities in a great location. you really have a secluded space away from the hustle and bussle. The pool was great. The staff was very friendly. I had a bit of a hard time sleeping because Im not used to not having a window to the outside and the air condition was very loud.
it was a pediu that the beds and chairs on the roof terrace got packed away at night because it was nice sometimes to sit out and get some fresh air and watch the moon and stars. Also, I wouldve enjoyed using the pool earlier than 9 AM.

Its quiet, its clean, has excellent professional staff who helped with questions and best of all with ordering taxis, seamlessly and punctually, that come to the door of the Hotel and the fare was charged to the room.
The location of the Hotel cant be beat, if ones intent is to see historical sites and the old Medina. Within a 2-min walk from the Hotel is a great mens haircut place called Rida and an excellent and cheap laundromat called Dgraissage de La Jeunesse (Masbanet El Shabab) on Riad Zitoune Lakdime street, #32, about a 5-minute way from the Hotel. Each piece to be laundered was 40 cents US and for a piece to be laundered and pressed is 80 cents US. Great find.
The Hotels doors literally open onto the historic square Jemaa El Fnaa, bustling with vendors and activities. In spite of all the noise outside, the Hotel is quiet. A good and trusted money exchange place within a few mins walk is in Hotel Ali.
The Hotels rooftop pool and bar area were a great place for us to chill, and their restaurant was pretty decent. So was the included-in-the-price-of-the-room breakfast buffet.
The staff was excellent. We were well taken care of by all, and especially by the staff member Mohamed Amine who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Another special mention needs to go to the Hotel manager Yousef, who was very responsive to our requests.

A very comfortable Riad. Very friendly staff. Top location ie the main square so back to back with the Medina. Everybody who had enough with the international hotel brands this is a great alternative.

Incredibly comfortable, luxurious, and perfectly located right on the main Jema El Faena square, which you would never know upon walking inside this serene property. Made for the perfect Marrakech experience and end of our time in Morocco. Nice breakfast every morning. Small pool but very refreshing after walking around the city. Private driver in Mercedes van also a nice touch for 20 euro if want nicer ride than typical taxi to and from airport.

We loved the delicious breakfast, the beautful architecture and decoration throughout the Riad, the pool area, the friendly staff, the superb location and the spacious and comfortable bedroom

The rooms are big with two showers and toilets. No windows to the outside, only toward the inside court. Location is the best, right on the big sqare. Breakfast is only ok. I was expecting a better breakfast. But the staff is wonderful. Treat you like kings. They let us stay and use all of the hotels' facilities even after we checked out until our flight.

Lovely place, right in the main square but once inside it is almost silent and very peaceful. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help, with excellent restaurant suggestions, to arranging a guide and taxi transfer. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious and faced onto the quiet courtyard. The pool area on the roof was nice and a great place for a break in the afternoon. The breakfast was also excellent.
Really nothing to fault. We had a lovely long weekend in Marrakech, made even better by our stay at the hotel.

Everything. Beautiful traditional design and architecture. Friendly and helpful staff particularly Mohamed and Rabie. Nice breakfast. Perfect location. Great value for money. Sits in the heart of the action but peaceful and quiet once you are inside the Riad. Nice pool. Nice food served at the pool. Lovely comfortable room (junior suite). Would recommend 100%
