Staff make this hotel really helpful people can't do enough for to.
The food and bar staff are just brilliant. The food is excellent so much to choo6 from. It is just a lovely hotel it's my 5th visit

Its very spacious green and a lot of activities for adults .
The place is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.
The all inclusive food buffet is huge and a lot of choices
No activities for toddlers (2 to 4 years) kids clubs start at 4
Kids pool is cold and in the shadow from 1 am
The hotel was very cold inside (too much AC maybe?)
2 singles bed instead of king size bed

I enjoyed the variety of activities that I could do everyday. The food was amazing, and everything was so clean and tidy all the time. My room was spacious, with a pretty huge bathroom and mirror. Plus, the staff were super friendly. I'd definitely come back just for those awesome dinners alone

Beds are not that comfortable. The sports equipment is really dire. Could easily be fixed with a small
Investment in new balls. Same with pool beds. Need more pillows and new covers. Spa could also use a refurb.

Its big and loads of facilities for family activities
Hotel room was flooded by nearest drinking water dispenser. No room service , no toiletries were available, no drinking water bottles , towels were old and not adequate.

Generally staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel is very clean and tidy everywhere.
The pillows were too thick and the staff was not able to find thinner ones. Maybe they just didn't have different choices.

Its was divine! I heard they were good but was still surprised by it.
Staff were amazing and friendly. They encouraged us to participate in activities and were very patient. Taught us archery, trapeze and football. The parties and discos were nice.
The food was so good, and they did their best to make sure that people who missed meal times could still get food at the food trucks and lobby. Rooms were nice and cleaned daily and the premises well taken care of.
They also provided us with a rep who organised activities outside the hotel like quad biking and mountain climbing. They also provide free transport into the city.
We really wished we stayed longer. Well be back again soon

The hotel in general was lovely. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating.
The location is a bit far from the centre. It was a 20-30 min ride with the free shuttle or 150 dirhams on the taxi.

The layout of the hotel was brilliant, we felt there was lots of options for food and the bar service was great with not much queuing. The staff were fabulous and ever so accommodating!
Unfortunately the food really didnt agree with us and both of us were quite poorly on returning home. The rooms werent the best maintained and our mirror had a crack in the corner and our safe didnt work.
