Few issues with the room. Remotes missing. No telephone to call reception. Had to come down five floors in a lift when no towels left or no air conditioning remote

It is a good hotel with brilliant staff, they offer all the help you need. Their response is very fast. Aziz at the reception is very Cooperative and offers high standards of custom service. The lady at the reception very kind. I recommend this hotel.

The staff was helpful when needed.
The room had no fridge and no phone. The air conditioning was leaking water, and the showerhead wasn't running well. You have to constantly ask for towels.

Location.
Rooms were very dirty, especially the bathrooms with damp, mould and limescale everywhere. Shower was blocked. Fixtures were hanging off the walls, limited breakfast selection.

DURING EARTHQUAKE THERE WAS A MASIVE CRACK RUNNING ALL THE WAY FROM BOTTOM TO 6th FLOOR. NEXT DAY THERE WAS NO INSPECTION, CRACK SIMPLY FILLED. ?SAFE TO STAY??
