Its clean.
Its far from the swimming pool. If you have kids and your main stay is to use the pool, I wouldnt recommend it. The pool requires you to drive to a different a complex.

Mohammed, the receptionist
Foul smell in the apartment on the first day.
Furniture and fittings are dated. Needs huge improvement.
Behaviour of the staff and expectation of tips.
Checkout procedure was disgraceful and disrespectful.
The receptionist Abdul and his manager omari are highly unfit for their roles. They harrassed my family at the checkout process to extract money saying their towels are missing. We told him we didn't even use their towels in the first place. He got aggressive. We showed our luggage and the guy didn't even apologise for thr behaviour. Racket of people to extract money at the checkout process by stressing customers in an hurry to get to airport. Then suddenly they started blaming the cleaning ladies.
We don't use their towels as we don't know how they are washed. We always use our own towels.
Avoid this resort. Its not worth it.
PLEASE AVOID THIS RESORT. I HOPE THIS COMMENT REACHES MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS. THEY NEED TO KNOW HOW THEIR STAFF IS WORKING.

Lots of space and most of all excellent value. Easy 20 min taxi ride into the central Medina of Marrakech
