Room, facilities, cleanliness of the room, the pools. My 8-yr old daughter absolutely loved the water slides and attended the kids club where she made some really good friends that ultimately made such a difference to her holiday. Felt very safe there to allow my daughter more freedom to explore which is loved.
Airport transfer - Hotel was supposed to organise it as I was travelling by myself and my 8-yr old daughter (which I explained to the hotel). Insufficient communication over the booking of it, transfer did not turn up, and when I called the hotel, they told me to organise it myself, completely defeating the purpose of asking them to have this arranged for me. At the hotel itself, I'd say the service we received from staff was inconsistent, eg some people were shown around all the facilities, we were not, etc. But there were a few stars in their midst including our very caring cleaner, the gentleman making fresh pizzas and the spa manager. Also, I'd caution the food as it did not agree with me and several other people reported feeling very ill - perhaps do the basics of avoiding ice and cold food.

Location is good, close to central Marrakech
Facilities are average, we only used the main restaurant. Drinks selection were poor, only water and fizzy drinks for lunch and dinner, juice would be nice. Food were average and not much variety compared with other all inclusive hotels we have been

Breakfast was great, all the usual buffet options. Loved the traditional fresh mint tea being served. Staff at mealtimes were fantastic, really made our stay. Lunch & Dinner were good some days & adequate on others. Lots of water/juice provided to take back to room). Our family room was lovely, large, airy, clean. Bathrooms were great too (really liked there was a separate toilet in lounge area which our teenage daughter monopolised). Fridge was useful to have in the room. Reception team very helpful, bar staff great, especially pool bar staff. The pool & pool areas were also excellent, lots of sun-beds, parasols & day-beds. Afternoon tea in pool area was nice. Hotel was quite quiet when we visited which was nice for us but a shame for the hotel as animation team didnt seem to have much take up. Really enjoyed our stay.
My husband has mobility issues & our room was quite far away from pool/restaurant (raid #7). No bedding or towels provided for our daughter despite being in a family room (sorted quickly though). Evening / lunch food choices were good but not great. Meats (esp lamb/beef very fatty). Id thought slippers would be provided & asked at reception to be told they would look for me but they didnt appear (Id rather have been told there were none).

I did not meet one staff member that was not polite and friendly. Excellent staff, best I have ever encountered. From serving to waiters to animation team everyone was super welcoming! The grounds are beautiful and the workers work hard to keep the hotel up to great standards.
The management. The food was repetitious. There should have been more protein and variety. It does feel like they recycle the food, which to a certain extent is acceptable however it felt overdone.

The food is so ok.
I always evaluate what I see. Always in proportion to what I expect based on the price paid. And of course expectations can be disappointed. So in this case. I booked two nights in this 5* resort. For exactly 660. I was given a room with old furniture, some of it broken, scratched and damaged. A rancid terrace with metal chairs. The facility is not maintained. The deck chairs at the pool were old and some were broken. The mattresses on top were disgusting and worn out. Sometimes you lie on the bars of the lounger. Green deposits on the edge of the pool. Open fuse boxes with wires sticking out. Gaps in the railing that are not secured. Take a look at the photos and judge for yourself whether the 5* and the price are worth it to you. For me this is a maximum 2* facility. But I'm afraid that it's standard in Morocco. A pity.

The resort had all you would like to have during a holiday. Entertainment for young and old, 2 pools, volleyball field, paddel court and every evening an entertainment program. The room was big enough for my 2 kids and I. Emel would do our room every day and ask if it was good and if we would need anything, she left the room very clean and enough towels. Enough food choice every day
I didnt like the fact that the receptionist (with glasses on) didnt want to help with finding a trustworthy taxi, I fount this particular employee kind of unprofessional. The taxi drivers in Marrakech are often a real headache. So it would be a nice service from the hotel to cooperate with trustworthy taxi drivers.

Had an amazing 4 nights stay with family. We enjoyed every minute of it. Food was exceptional. Staff were really polite and helpful. Also loved dinner at Moroccan restraunt which was included in our all inclusive package. Its not prefect and you can pick up on things but the good things definitely made up of any shortcomings. Beauty grounds, lovely pools, despite being fully booked and really busy it never felt over crowded in one area, was well maintained and well managed considering huge number of people they were catering for. My kids would love to go back.
Some areas are not as clean as you would expect from a 5 star I especially didn't like mattresses standing outside rooms.bad first impression. But we had such a good time otherwise that we hardly bothered about it. Air-conditioning was not as good. It was quite hot and despite ACs room stayed on warmer side we all.struggled to sleep on some nights.

Staff are amazing, very respectful, professional, and attentive. They are definitely the hotel most valuable asset. They upgraded our room without us asking. The room was specious, clean, and comfy. They also allowed us to check out late with no charge. The hotel, in general, is good with nice swimming pools and gardens. Olive trees are everywhere, and it just gives this unique Marrakech sense.
Sunshades by the pool are not distributed fairly as some chairs have more than enough, and others have none. Food and drinks definitely have room for improvement. The activities they arranged seemed a bit random. It's not a big deal, but I think they could be more creative with ideas of activities.
