Good range of facilities, especially the water slides and the rooms were comfortable.
Some of the rooms were dated and small things around the hotel needed fixing/updating. The food was very repetitive, same every day and very limited for vegetarians.

Absolutely amazing resort, we will definitely be coming back again. All of the staff are exceptionally friendly from the reception staff to the restaurant and bar staff. The 'animation' entertainment team are fantastic and there's always something different to do, the entertainment manager is especially friendly, alongside the rest of the team. The photographers were also great. The tours were organised and incredible. The room was lovely, and for our wedding anniversary it was even decorated with flowers and a cake! The food at the resort was incredible, so many options from traditional moroccan cuisine to European food. We absolutely loved the slides and everything else!

Our review is very positive!
We will come back soon to Acqua Hotel!
We arrived 4 hours late due to flight delay and the hotel transfer was waiting for us.
When check in at the hotel, the reception offer us a late diner. We were so tired and starving, the diner was delicious!
Our stay was really fantastic! Everything perfect!
1. Staff is very nice and always available to help.
2. The Animation Team is great, All day with activities, acqua gym, zumba, games with the fantastic Team: Ismail, Sam, Tito, Momo, Ayoub!
3. Room very large, with balcony and hotel gave us an upgrade to pool view. Very clean.
4. Restaurants Internacional and Marrocian, many food options and drinks. Great breakfast as well.
5. Night shows, great to entertain families, specially kids.
We will come back next year!

My familly they like The play area & The aqua Fun club
No one response on the phone for almost 3 days am calling 6 to 8 time per day to complaint, I sent msg and email to the outlet no one reply only after 48 hours one small response plz pass to reception they will do needful ?? What needful is to return the payments taken for children !!! But unfortunately there was no right taken plus no apologies.
the outlet is mentioning that kids free of charge but they charge my sister for 9 years old girl . When they ask them why no one reply on the phone they said clearly we don t like to reply to not face the clients or to not book for them as the reservation through booking only .. we r shocked about such answer as no hotel in all over the world they r thinking or treating there clients with such law way . After living hotel they was calling my sister for almost 1 day to ask her to ask me to remove the complaint and to come for free and enjoy the facilities!!! Do u think am looking for free ?? We want only our rights !! I pay more than 15000 for 3 nights you have no right to cheated us you should respect the things you re mentioning in your website: childrens are FREE OF CHARGE while you stay in our hotel !!!!!
