Every wish was fulfilled for me. I needed pampers or fruits for my children or many other things and every wish was fulfilled. I was even taken to the airport free of charge. Thanks for everything. Thanks to Ismail. Super people. Again and again with pleasure. Especially with baby and children.

Incredible service, properly 11/10 - Kalima was immediately available at all times for anything we needed over WhatsApp. (I used Google Translate and we conversed in French!) She arranged private transfers out of town and to the airport for us, and when the power in the apartment fused one night, somebody was there and the problem was solved within ten minutes. They also brought us a massive breakfast platter a couple of days later as an apology for the inconvenience!
It was immaculately clean and the cleaner did all our dishes, made our beds, and cleaned the apartment every day.
The apartment itself was big, stylish, and very comfortable. Good showers (I had seen some complaints they are small - but they were completely fine for us). 5-10 minute walk from a big and well stocked Carrefour. Comfortable beds.
Comprehensive breakfast with pastries, bread, cheese, jam and butter, cereals, juice, coffee pods, and we particularly liked the warm hard boiled eggs! The kitchenette had everything we needed - including a Nespresso machine, microwave, hob (no oven), kettle, juicer and a few pans, plates/bowls and cutlery.
Be aware its a 30 minute walk from the Medina, down loud busy roads. This was fine for us, it meant we got lots of walking in (or grabbed a taxi for 30-50 MAD depending on time of day) but one to be conscious of for your sightseeing if location is important to you. For us, this was a conscious decision as we needed to stay in accommodation with kitchen facilities - very hard to find in a Riad! - and we were perfectly happy with it.

I felt I am at home nothing missing ,
our welcome was a huge fruit platte enough for a week, even the fridge was never empty, we had most essential food (bread, milk,cheese, yoghurt, Honey, sweets ..etc) filled into fridge, water supply 3 litres almost every second day, any help we need was done within minutes.
generally it was a 2nd home for us.
10 - 20 cents taxi to Center, Huge Balkon. stuff are all great Ismail and Karima, Cleaning stuff every day as if you are in a 5 star Hotel. what else I can say. for sur our next visit will be there.

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and cozy! Great plus to have 24/7 security at the building. The host Ibrahim was amazing, he made me feel welcome and at home. He was available via whatsapp and was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, walking distanze to the medina and full of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely go back to M Appart next time in Marrakech! Thank you for the great experience!

The location is near shopping and shops. its very close to YSL garden and reachable by walk. Very modern rooms but bathrooms needs redoing as they are quite dated.
The breakfast is good with lots of fruits and bakery. But if you are staying more then 3 days it gets boring as its the same for every days including the juice.

Property is clean and modern. The staff were very welcoming and helpful - quick to reply to queries and requests.
Street noise was considerable despite our apartment being located on a higher floor. Showers are tiny - need to be very slim and agile!

Clean, modern, central flat, full service on demand, great breakfast, security, luxury and confort. Would 100% recommend this for a couple or solo traveller. i want to thank Karima for the lovely welcome, accommodating my every need, going above and beyond from arranging to have my clothes cleaned and pressed, to ordering more amenities, to ordering taxi, etc
