Location is quite isolated On booking.com the property shows that they have the restaurant and the spa as any other hotel but when I went there its all closed

The location of the hotel was adequate

No equipment, hot room, air-conditioning not working..
When I told the receptionist in the morning that I will report the issues, he didn't care much and told me to do so if I wanted to... He even didn't apologise or even said sorry for not getting what we wanted.

Nothing really other than the friendly Staff!
1. As I walked in I realised the picture of pool made it look big! It was actually small and overcrowded
2. Walked into the apartment and straight away me and the kids noticed the poor standards! One of The cupboard doors was hanging, no kitchen appliances at all, the shower head was broken and no soap in the soap dispenser even though one was hanging in the wall!!
3. Checked in at 4pm and left the building to go to another pool! Came back at 9am to find the kitchen area flooded!!! Told the reception and he sent an engineer supposedly! He unplugged the fridge then plugged them unplugged and plugged again! And said ok Ill send the cleaner to wipe the floor! Lol! Great engineer! Cause I couldve done that. Anyway the fridge carried on leaking and I didnt care
4. The reason I didnt care is cause I am staying 7 nights in Marrakesh but only booked this hotel for one night to try it out as the location is perfect the pool looked good BUT I couldnt understand the bad reviews!! I now fully get the bad reviews and the low score!! I dont blame you!!
5. Clearly the owners dont care! I just feel sorry for the staff as they are very accommodating. And yes the price does reflect the quality! And as they say you get what you pay for! But I disagree cause if you do a little bit of research you can for some similar money much better.

Location
No airconditioning in the room. While we paid for a room with airconditioning.
We waited for breakfast for an hour, and had to leave without breakfast.

The pool was the only good thing about this place
Everything besides the pool. The management of the hotel was subpar. The toilet could barely be called a toilet and the lock of the bathroom broke on the second day. The AC was okay but had to be on all the time to actually make the room cold.
