The piscine
First of all we were coming from the Medina where we were hosted in a wonderful Riad but was destroyed because of the big earthquake of 9/09/23 and our fly should be at 6 pm on 10/09, so we ask for a late check out because we were exhausted and emotionally stressed for the nightmare that we had lived the night before and they didnt had any intention to help us. More over, the staff tried to deceive us by charching a tax for truisms much higher than it should. Finally was horrible that the air conditioning wasnt working, in summer in marrakesh!

Location was perfect, it's in Gueliz and on the main road, perfect base to go anywhere.
Policy has recently been changed, for the worse. I stayed before at this hotel and enjoyed it, the new policy includes no water from outside allowed in Hotel. This is not told on Booking.com under the hotel's policies and they want you to buy water as well as any food or drink through them at exorbitant prices. The shower in the hotel room was faulty, cold water would only dribble. Customer service in general was poor, not as helpful as before. WiFi didn't reach to my room which was end room on 2nd floor.

Bad urine Smell in the lounge toilets. Noisy street noise. Bad air from air-con unit. Using recycled air from the room blowing it back in the room. Throat was all clogged up next morning and dry cough. Had to leave windows open.
