Nothing I liked here
Whole hotel I didn't liked it since it has very small rooms, toilets were also very small. Breakfast was not that good as I expected. No tooth brush and I wasn't comfortable staying here in this hotel at all. Only one receptionist at the check in counter, it took 2hrs for check into the hotel

Breakfast was great except for the bird flying in and eating bread. Like the espresso drinks.
Staff were either really kind or not very generous depending on who.

Nothing. The worst hotel I've ever been to.
The hotel does not respond to messages on booking. I have asked several times in English and Arabic about the provision of a baby cot. I didn't get a reply to any of the messages. When we called the hotel, they laughed at us in response and the staff transferred the call to each other. As a result, I asked a question through booking support. The booking operator was able to get through to the hotel and there he was confirmed that the crib would be provided. We were not provided with a baby cot upon check-in! They just brought an additional unnecessary set of bed linen. When exiting the elevator, a huge cockroach crawled along the corridor. The room was terribly dirty - dust on the floor, hair in the bathroom. The staff clearly needs customer service training. I hope that the management reads the reviews and will take measures to improve the work of employees with customers.

The room was lovely and large, beds were comfortable. Pool area is great with the bar and the many lounging areas. Some staff are great.
I wasn't personally a fan of the area it was far from anything, you could have been staying in any country. Aside from this I would only say that some of the staff were unhelpful or seemed inconvenienced if you asked to order a drink or food.

Near the city centre and close to shopping centres. Breakfast was very nice.

Hotel is in a great location, very easy to get to and from the different attractions. Staff is very kind and helpful.
Beds are extremely stiff, including the sofa bed. No additional beds are available upon request. The property needs to be taken care of a lot more. Rooms, hallways and lifts are quite dated.

Poor condition of facilities in the rooms, hot water was very intermittent, this was not a 4 star hotel but the prices were & the buffet breakfast was very ordinary
