Fabulous staff. Ahmed did a wonderful job looking after us. The whole team treat you like family.
The location is in the heart of medina, close to the souk, restaurants, the main square.

This is an Oasis of peace amidst the chaos of Marrakesh! The whole place is idyllic - white decor and very zen. Perfect place to relax in between sight seeing and shopping. Our room had a lovely outside terrace - where we could sit each morning and drink our coffee. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are AMAZING they really cant do enough to ensure you have a lovely stay .

I cannot thank the hotel staff more for everything that they did for us. Every single member of staff was so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond for us. From walking us to the money exchange place, organising restaurants and walking us to and from taxis late at night. There is a real sense of family at the Riad which made the stay very enjoyable. The rooms themselves were beautiful, a good size with a comfy bed. They had lovely terraces with day beds which led directly to the pool. The pool was very clean at all times. I would like to thank Ahmed and his team for keeping us safe and for a lovely stay.

The manager and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. They add a personal touch to the experience because of their kind and considerate ways. The riad is beautiful with lovely architecture, materials and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast is varied and delicious and the whole setting is an oasis of tranquility . The products in the hotel bathrooms are so lovely too. We all loved this riad so much for the pretty setting, the level of personal service and the location which is perfectt!

Palais Blanc was the perfect hotel! The manager is so lovely and helpful the whole time. You are greeted with mint tea, delicious Moroccan snacks and the view of beautiful white riad. The staff will help book taxis, book restaurants and help with anything else needed. Its a short walk from the souks and feels in the centre of everything without being noisy. Its a little peaceful oasis!

Ahmed is customer friendly and focused and will do the utmost to accommodate requests.
The beautiful white pool area tiles are extremely slippery when rains, its humid early morning and you can spot long hair here and there meaning that floor should be cleaned up better.

We were 6 ladies so we were a little worried about the hotel in terms of safety before we got to the hotel But as soon as we arrived all our worries disappeared. ALL the staff to say a super friendly is an understatement. All of our needs were met. We were spoiled. It literally felt that we were within family. Made our experience in Marrakesh an amazing one.

This riad is the most beautiful & quiet riad in the Medina. We stayed 4 nights in their suite no. 14 (located on the 1st floor) & we loved every second of our stay.
We were picked up at the airport late at night, and they welcomed us like family, when we arrived at the riad.
The location of the riad is perfect, its located in the West of the Medina, which is the nice part. We always felt safe walking the streets.
The interior in the suite and the whole riad is amazing & so clean, the pool area is tranquil and beautiful, thhaman and the massage is high end.
Every afternoon the fantastic staff serve you mint tea on your balcony, just because they can.
We felt taken care of and pampered, from the second we arrived, professionel and discreet, they were so attentive & caring.
We wanted to stay longer, but they where sold out, so we had to leave.
Lamya, Ahmed, Abdullah & the rest of your team: you made our stay excellent, we will never forget you, and we will return
