Breakfast was very good - fresh foods, made to order items, plentiful; staff was helpful with information and arranging taxis; spa had a very well trained and kind staff though facility was cramped for multiple customers; pool was clean and warm, towels for lounges were always available. Overall, a very pleasant place, well located, clean. Older facility that was not modernized to the point that it still felt authentic but far from dilapidated. Perfect for the Medina experience
Availability of lunch and dinner was not clear - there was an a la carte menu but never saw anyone in the dining room past breakfast.

Very chilled place with a lovely pool and riad setting. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The SPA was very nice and relaxing.
It was in a northern part of the medina so was a bit of a walk (20-30 mins) through the souks to the centre - but this was quite an interesting walk so did not cause any problems.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Big bathroom, inside and outside terrace overlooking the central courtyard with big pool. Good breakfast. Near to the souks and restaurants. Near Le Jardin Secrey!
The pool was heated so it wasn’t refreshing. This made is difficult to sunbathe in the beautiful central courtyard which was disappointing. Didn’t like seeing the birds confined to tiny cages.

The pool is a great place to relax away from the medina. It’s tranquil and gets the sun.
The service was great and it felt very safe. Ahmed and his team were lovely, very helpful with advice and booking things, and made the trip very special. The room was large and spacious, clean and the shower products nice. The private outdoor space by the rooms by the pool was an added bonus. Taxis were really easy and there was a shop and ATM close by. The 24 hour reception was also good to have. We’ll be back!

The property was quite worn out. The sink in our room was mouldy. The mattress was very very hard which caused my back to hurt. Breakfast was decent and the pool area was nice. The staff were helpful and polite. The location of the Road is in the old town which can be a super busy area.

The white decor is quite unique and gives an air of calm. The setting is beautiful. Our room was gorgeous and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us.

Need more sockets particularly near the mirror fir hair drying not just in the bathroom
Kettle for tea/coffee in the morning pre breakfast or when home evenings
Tv that works for uk channels
Fridge that fits wine in so we can buy and chill ourselves
If hôtel books taxi add it to the bill to avoid confusion with drivers

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Minutes walk from the medina and you enter from the quieter end which was great. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed spending mornings exploring and afternoons relaxing by the pool.
