Staffs were excellent and supportive especially in the critical situation. Location is very good, close to convenience mall and taxi agency. The spacious room made my stay comfortable for a week.
Better to have stronger Wi-Fi signal.

The staff were all so lovely from the moment we arrived. Our luggages were transported to our apartment and they ensured we had everything we asked for. We stayed there for four nights ( 2 adults, 2 kids)Such a welcoming, calm and beautiful hotel with clean apartments. We were well looked after & I'm definitely going back.
Hamza in particular was exceptional! He tried to meet everyone's need and we were all ensured we were all happy and well looked after. Such a patient and hardworking gentleman. Thank you HAMZA! Overall the apartment was good, pool was really good..really nice of the receptionist he upgraded us to a pool view room which was really nice of him especially having children with us. Thanks so much for that.
The location was OK nothing near by it except for the mall so had the same options to eat dinner there.

The location and proximity to Almazar Mall and Carrefour.
A nice large pool with two childrens smaller pools.
We booked a long time in advance as we have visited this property many times previously. We were blatantly told because we paid such a small price that they were giving us the most basic apartment- and it was. Double glazing wasnt working, no blackout curtains, limited lighting as light bulbs not working, door handle to bedroom fell off and tv was not working properly
Apartments werent serviced every two days like advertised. AC was not working in 40 degrees heat, towels were taken at 9am and not returned till 4pm.
Sun loungers were taken with residents towels even when no body was using them stopping people at the pool using them.
We were regular customers but loyalty doesnt pay and we definitely wont be going there again.

Location was perfect for some of the places we needed to visit
Leaking toilet which we asked to get sorted but they simply dried the floor. Dirty pots and dishes in the cupboard on arrival. Practically had to beg for towels and toilet paper. We were made to feel like a nuisance for asking. Loud unnecessary non stop music daily from 11am till 7:30pm. Large circular pool was dirty. Did not seem to be filtering.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The location is super there is at lot of shops and shopping center nearby. AC / WiFi / pool
Not enough towels it's ridiculous they give only 3 towels by appartement ( family of 6 ) to use in summer time. I have asked for some extra and they have refused. Cleaners not here to clean the appartement and empty to bins. I had to call them and wait few hours.
No microwave / no washing liquid no sponge to wash the dishes
