Resort is not in walking distance to any shops, cafe so require a taxi if you want to go anywhere else.

the only thing I didnt like was the mattress of our bed, was a bit uncomfortable.

We arrived to checkin and were told we were upgraded with no reason. At first this sounded great! However, they asked us to pay for the whole stay immediately. As soon as we paid they went to show us that the pool was in construction and assured it would be ready the next day. To be honest we only chose the resort cause of the amazing (deceiving) pictures of the pool and our kids were so excited to use it even though the water would have been a tad cold. I even messaged the hotel through the booking.com website and asked if the pool was heated and they told me that it was not heated but people do swim in it. They did not mention it was under construction. :(. We stayed 4 days and it was always under construction. That was an ugly view from the restaurant and was and very noisy and dusty. In fact, the whole resort was under construction and at the rate that they were working I cannot imagine the work would end this year. The pool was very poorly reconstructed. Probably good that we could not use it. Lots of drilling and banging as they were repairing villas and the gardens. The gardens were beautiful but no way to enjoy them. No activities or seating in the gardens and nothing for children to play with. Our kids had nothing to do in the resort. The resort is very poorly located and you have to wait 30 minutes for transportation and pay about 30 euros for a return trip to the centre. There is absolutely nothing to do near the hotel. The closest supermarket was a 12 minute drive away. The restaurant was very small and too formal. The food was below par. The service was no better. We paid EUR 15 for half bottle of wine! Rip-off A real disappointment. The gym was the smallest I have seen with a treadmill that stopped during running. Our washing machine door could not be opened and the intermittent WiFi in our villa was very slow. In fact, the first 2 days it was not even working.

Main issue here is location. Its out in the middle of nowhere which wouldnt be a problem if there was some form of transport laid on but there isnt. Its taxis at 20 a pop just to get to the shops. When you arrive, the flat is bare I.e. no tea, coffee and there is nowhere to buy groceries on sight. When we arrived the pool looked dirty and the fountain at the restaurant block was empty and switched off giving the place a bit of an abandoned feel. The kitchen in the flat was very dated and the interior of it was dirty. There were two plug sockets in the flat which were hanging out the wall which was obviously very dangerous. There is an issue with flies as well. The restaurant is full of them to the point where you are having to shoo them away from your food and your face every couple of seconds sometimes. I am allergic to dairy and on two occasions despite being asked not to do so, they put cheese on my food.
