Highest rating possible, no doubts. The riad is beautiful, well-kept, clean and quiet. Charming in one word. It is located just 150 meters from Jma elFna square and in the middle of very narrow, busy and noisy streets. When you open the door of the riad, you enter a world of absolute peace. Furthermore, Youssef is attentive, kind and resolutive. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Youssefs hospitality is unmatched. Specially in a city like Marrakech, its hard to find someone so selfless and willing to go to different lengths.

Wonderful
Riad BenSaid is a traditional Moroccan house hotel. It is a beautiful place to stay, spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main square and all other highlights within the Medina.
I cannot praise the staff , Youssef and Abdul enough. Youssef in particular is a gem of a host. He is just so helpful, whether it be just the things happening daily, with suggestions for things to do, or arranging tours from Marrakech.
He has made our trip memorable.

Great location. Very close to the main square but really quiet at night. Youssef always ready to help and give advice. Lovely rooftop terrace that could be used more I'm sure. Great wifi, rooms spotless.

Very convenient location from the Medina. Close to most of attractions ,yet quiet inside. Nice rooftop terrace where we could dry our clothes. Friendly staff. Spacious clean room for three of us.
Its not just this Riad, but most of accommodations in Morocco have no electrical kettle in the room. So you cant have a cup of tea/coffee at night or early morning..

The Riad has a nice calm and traditional ambiance. It's located in the city centre, close to the city's main square, so you will never get lost. You will get the souk experience right at the Riad's front door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and Youssef will tell you everything you need to know about the city. The rooms were clean and quiet and have air conditioning in case the weather gets too hot. Breakfast was also great and had a mix of traditional Moroccan food and western pastry.

Riad Ben Said is a magic place! The location is perfect, near Jemaa El Fnar square, and inside it's a typically Moroccan peaceful place where you can rest. Youssef and the smiling lady (sorry, I don't know the name) are always kind and helpful. They prepared a dinner for us, with tipical moroccan dishes that was very good and the beakfast was always very good too. We will recommend Riad Ben Said to all people visiting Marrakech and hope to be there again soon.

I stayed at Riad Bensaid and was working during the day. There was a confortable spot in a salon and the wifi was working very well.
The generosity of the staff made me feel at home, they shared the best tips for evening activities and diner.
The Riad is perfectly located to the main place and the rooms and roof top are great.
A place I would definitely recommend for digital nomads.

Peaceful and yet very central in Medina. Host Youssef exceptional. Great recommendations. Helped get SIM and made it work. Helped with taxis. Good English. 10 /10 .

The riad is spacious and beautiful. We booked a triple room with an extra bed and this was perfect for a family of 5. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The view on the terrace was lovely. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was perfect, only 5 min walk to the main square. The manager Yousuf provided us with excellent hospitality with loads of advice on places to eat and visit. We stayed at many riads and this was by far the best. Because of this we shall definitely be returning to riad Ben Said again. Dont hesitate to book this riad you wont be disappointed. Thank you Yousuf.
