Awesome and helpful staff, they cleaned the room everyday and even changed the towels and cleaned the patio everyday- amazing! its a quite peaceful oasis in a busy street, nice restaurants and taxi parking are close,
It would be lovely to eat breakfast at the patio

Everything. Very comfortable room which was cleaned daily, location just perfect (5 minutes from the square) and lovely staff. And after a day in the crowds, it is good to relax on the rooftop terrace or dip into the pool.

The pool was a lifeline with 45 degree heat when we visited. Daily swims between venturing out into the heat were a necessity. We certainly utilised this well. Staff, Mohamed & Khalid, were friendly and helpful. We extended our stay for an additional night (4 nights). Rooms were adequate, a bit warm in the fierce heat. We were moved after arrival as one room didn't have effective AC so we went up to the terrace. Terrace was lovely but usually too hot to enjoy in July. Mint tea was provided on asking, usually in the pool in the evening. Location was excellent, right next to three restaurants in the medina. Close to an excellent hammam and within easy walking distance of the main square. The area was busy and I felt like a local by the time I left. Very secure premises.
While breakfast was fresh and plentiful, it was repetitive. Lots of stairs to get up to your rooms and down to the pool and breakfast area.

Very well located a walk distance from main square. Staff is nice, but the night colleague was in phone call late (after 10pm) and his voice was entering in the bedroom.
The room doesn't have a good ventilation because if that the place smells a bit. But good cost-benefit

The staff were extremely nice and courteous. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The Riad is surrounded by sooo many restaurants and it was fun to try them out. The Location is 3 mins walk to the Medina Square and Cafe de France, next to the Medina Souk. Its was easy to get round for shopping and location was perfect for joining all the tours we had booked.

We stayed in the suite which is a beautifully decorated room, full of Arabic architectural features that will make your stay very special indeed. The staff is worth mentioning as they are wonderful, helpful and attentive with all our requests. The location is perfect as very close to Jemma El Fnna and the Bahia palace (10 min walk max) without any chance of getting lost. Also, a fabulous Hammam ( Ziani) even closer!!
