From the moment we arrived we were greeted and taken to our room which was amazing. The Riad itself is beautiful with a lovely interior and various open spaces to relax. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. They gave us tips for stay as it was our first time in Morocco. The staff even organised a day trip to the desert for us, which included a camel ride, Quad biking a lovely dinner and a show.
The breakfast every morning was delicious! Freshly made for a time we decide, no complaints at all!
Location wise the riad is perfect.. not far from the souks and the square - maybe a 10 minute walk. A mosque is 5 minutes away from the riad and loads of cafes and restaurants close by.
Big emphasis on how beautiful the Riad is and how lovely the staff are. A big thank you to them, especially Mohammad. It was a lovely experience - we will definitely visit again.
No complaints at all.

Very central location. Clean rooms (cleaned daily). Equiped with everything you might need for a short stay.
It is quite noisy in the morning as you can hear people having breakfast in the courtyard.
The hot water runs out fairly quickly.
The hostess offered to book an activity for us (camel ride + dinner), which we agreed to. However, later we found out that she charged us almost double the price the other people in the group had paid for the same activity. Thus, we felt scammed, which almost ruined the experience for us, so be sure to check online before agreeing to book anything via the Riad.

Location was good, easy to find and located close to attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the cats. Lovely terrace to relax in for the evening.
No on-site food/drinks available but restaurants nearby. Great recommendations from the Riad team.

The hospitality of the staff was on another level,I have never expirenced such warmth and welcoming atmosphere.The Riad itself was clean and well maintained by the staff, it felt like a haven coming in from the bustling streets of Marrakech. We were taken on a excursion by one of the staff as a guide(Hakim) and he was almost like one of the family as we laughed and talked the whole trip.

We stayed 5 nights in this Riad and we loved it. People working there were exceptionally friendly, available and professional. Specifically, during the day, Kamal gave us lots information on how to live Marrakech and arranged a tour for us while Zakaria was always available during the evenings. We shared with both of them views on Moroccan culture. This made our staying special. The location was very good, not so far from the main, touristic spots of the city and in a very typical neighborhood. The food of the Riad was delicious.

The riad was super clean and really comfortable. Our suite was spacious, cool and had all we needed. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really helpful. In particular, Kamal was a star. He couldnt do enough for us - he shared his local knowledge and advice, and was always on hand to look after me and my son, including taking us journeys in his car to save us finding a taxi. Very highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.

We could not fault anything! The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated in the Moroccan style. All the staff were superb, going over and above expectation to advise us on the best places to go, what to avoid and to answer our questions about customs, traditions and food. Kamal made various suggestions for tours and even personally drove us to the meet point some 30 minutes away so we could take an excursion. Naoura, our cook, made the most delicious breakfast breads and omelettes, remembered our preferred beverages each morning and greeted us always with the most warming and welcoming smile. We opted to eat at the Riad one night and Naoura cooked the most delicious fragrant and tender chicken with lemon. The salad she prepared was equally wonderful, no doubt a time consuming salad as the tomatoes and peppers had been skinned, and with all the other ingredients added, inspired us to make it once we were back home.The owners were so kind, friendly and hospitable. We always had chilled bottled water and even as we left the hotel on our final day, were given warm brioches fresh from the oven. We loved the tranquil and traditional dining area, with running water, fresh flowers, and abundant green plants, the natural light, and ambiance of clever lighting and candles. A real sanctuary and peaceful haven, after being out in the heat and dust of the city. The attention to detail could not be faltered. Our room had a beautiful fragrance and the shower wash had delightful scents of orange blossom, neroli and thyme. Even the shower with its huge head and abundant water was sheer pleasure.
The fact that WE didnt book a longer stay! We definitely plan to return and will tell our friends what a fantastic Riad we had found.
