Location, staff, beautiful inner part of the riad.
Furniture was not clean. Some kind of stains on the bed cover. Breakfast was a joke. It was basically bread (2 pieces per person) with jam. Had to go and ask for some eggs or something, was offered an omelette. Got 1 baked egg.

The Riad is beautiful. The garde/pool area is very peaceful and a good escape from the busy Medina. It is walking distance to the Medina. It was quiet and we felt safe. The staff was very helpful, they even provided an earlier breakfast at 6am for us before departure. The pool was clean. The bathroom is private and the toilet/shower is separated so when you shower you do not wet everything (like in some other traditional Riads).
We loved the property. No complaints.

Great location, on the edge of the Madina. There is parking right outside, which is unusual. I was able to park my motorcycle in the garage. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was not great, for the price the owner needs to improve this. There are many riads in the city to choose from, most in my experience provide a higher quality breakfast.

The staff went above & beyond to make sure I was fully looked after & felt safe in the wake of the devastating earthquake (the city is very, very safe & all debris etc has been tidied.) The location of the Riad is wonderful - 10mins maximum to get to the Medina/restaurants via foot - and everything was clean, comfortable & I was provided with all of the basic amenities. As a solo, female traveller, I couldn't have felt more looked after & appreciated all of the advice, guidance, tips & the sense of family that was often shared with me. Special shout out to Omar for being the most wonderful human being I've interacted with in hospitality in a long time :) Highly recommend to all!
As the rooms are quite dark, aesthetically, I would have liked lighter furniture & decoration which would have made the rooms feel a lot bigger. But this is a personal preference :)

Omar is wonderfully welcoming: as are all the staff.
The Riad is beautifully maintained with original features up to 400 years old. Located in the heart of the old area, and despite being so close to centre, it is remarkably tranquil.
The birds song from the garden dining space, the gentle waves of the the pool and the adorably friendly house cat ensure a peaceful start to the day; with visits to the Old Market, City centre and Koutoubia Mosque within easy walking distance.

The riad is located 15 to 20minutes walk from Marrakesh square. It is a very quiet street.
It's not negative but ;
They have birds in the riad, you best pack earplugs if you want to sleep a little longer...

Lovely place lovely people cannot praise them enough . all.rooms are large and typical morrocaen style you could not wish for any more.location is brilliant walk to all interesting places so no need for taxi.not far from airport so not much cost in transfer. Breakfast is light but good and Star of the show is Omar so polite and helpful and deserves a pay rise
Nothing really.only that if you order evening meal it's ok but it is well overpriced so is a bottle of wine but that's marrakesh.one thing I have learnt as I moved to coast they don't put kettle in room

The riad gives off a living within the nature vibe, that is because trees and plants are abundant inside the property. We were also told that the name means 'House of birds' because they have house birds and you hear them all through out the day. The breakfast was basic but we appreciate that they put their heart into cooking and serving it for us. I love the mint tea. The pool is also a special area for us specially with the temperature when we had our holiday.
I can't recognise any negative things as I truly enjoyed our privacy and stay.

The breakfast was perfect. Service was amazing. The staff was so friendly, professional and helpful. They when above and beyond whenever we desperately needed their help. The riad and the decore was really beautiful. It made for some beautiful photos. We felt very safe in and outside the riad. I liked the pool, was just perfect to relax and cool off.
Key was difficult to lock. Netfix was not working. Was not comfortable using the room safe. The safe was not secured to anything.
