The location is good, most tourist place can be reached by walking. The staff is very nice and friendly.
The AC doesn't work well, the room is kind hot.

The place has this perfect atmoshpere of riad in Medina. Rooms are nicely decorated. The view from the roof is amazing. You can almost feel Jemma el Fna around you.

Fabiolous Riad in a great location. The manager/staff were amazing, super helpful, friendly, even walking us to the taxi VERY early in the morning.
Breakfast was delicious and the entiry Riad very clean and well looked after.

I traveled to Marrakech with my 17 Yr old son.
The third stop of our tour and without a doubt the best out of them all.
Fantastic location, a two minute walk from the main square yet no noise in the Riad at all. Rooms were exceptional and the air conditioning was superb.
Breakfast on the terrace in the morning kept you going for the day, and above all, the staff were amazing. Mohammed and Sumi could not have been anymore welcoming or helpful.
Cant recommend it highly enough.
Cant fault it at all.

By far our favourite riad. Soufian and Samir were great hosts who were always up for a chat and helped us with everything that we needed. They were also genuine and willing to answer all of our questions about Morocco. Made our experience that much better in Marrekesh.
Only negative was one morning there was no hot water for the shower. The other days were fine though.

Breakfast was nice and served at the roof-top. View facing the Koutoubia mosque and the main place Jemaa El-Fna.
Nothing - the usual thing you may find: waterpressure in the shower, but that wasn't too big an issue at all.
