Everything met our expectations and more! The staff went up over and beyond to make sure we were happy and our stay was perfect. The rooms were wonderful: comfortable beds, smelled wonderful, big bathrooms, nice towels and nicely decorated. The cooking class offered was fun and the spa services were also great! The breakfast offered in the morning was plentiful and offered a nice variety of. The Riad is close to everything. I highly recommend it.

Our first time visiting Marrakech and we were so lucky finding Le Jardin Des Sens to stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing from hello to goodbye. Radwan,Mohammed,Nana,Bilal, and Nacer were each equally pleasant and professional. The room was spotless and the bed was ridiculously comfortable ?. The special treat was the breakfast that was included in our booking, Next level ? ? ?. The location is near the main square and easy to find.

Total customer focus - Team and owners very friendly, accessible, helpful, responsive-- but not suffocating. Beautifully crafted interiors. We had a large room with sizeable balcony over pool and swinging chair. A peaceful oasis - a little palace. Multiple spaces each with their own character - pools, spar, rooftops. Very clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Avoid if you want burger, chips and a large tv. We went on to a significantly more expensive hotel Les Jardins de la Medina at which the customer service was a shadow of Riad Jardin Des Sens in every respect
Nothing to not like - people with mobility limitations may struggle with steep stairs but that's part of the character. The rubbish in the surrounding streets is a shame

Well located, comfortable, clean, excellent breakfast, but the best about it is the staff. Sophie and Samuel are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We had a great time there and wish we could return.
Additionally, the spa service was fantastic. Why didn't I give a top rating to the facilities? Perhaps because I was coming from Fes, where I stayed at a very old Riad that is a national treasure, in some ways it is an unfair comparison.
Within Marrakesh this is a top place, I highly recommend it.

Stepping through the wooden door from the alleyways of Marrakech’s ancient Medina, I was instantly transported into a world of tranquility at Riad Jardin Des Sens & Spa. This hidden gem exemplifies everything a traditional Moroccan riad should be, while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts that today’s discerning travelers expect.
From the moment of booking, the level of personal attention was remarkable. The riad manager, Redouan, reached out offering a range of services and excursions. We were welcomed with traditional mint tea and Moroccan pastries. The staff anticipated our needs before we even expressed them and personalized recommendations for exploring the Medina were offered daily.
What sets this riad apart is how the staff strike that perfect balance between attentiveness and respecting privacy. Their genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like welcomed friends returning home.
The riad’s spa services centered around their traditional hammam were nothing short of transformative. The spa area creates an atmosphere of profound relaxation with its domed ceiling and soft lighting.
I opted for the signature hammam ritual, beginning with a steam session followed by a revitalizing black soap exfoliation with a kessa glove. The argan oil massage that followed targeted tension points perfectly. The therapist explained each step of the centuries-old ritual while adapting techniques to my preferences.
The spa menu impressively blends traditional Moroccan wellness practices with contemporary techniques. Their orange blossom facial using locally-sourced products left my skin glowing for days.
The Riad manages to embody the magical essence of Marrakech while providing a peaceful sanctuary from the sensory intensity of the Medina. What could have been just a pleasant stay was elevated to an unforgettable experience through the combination of authentic design, genuinely caring staff, and world-class hammam services.

If you go to Marrakesh, stay here. What a wonderful Riad; beautifully designed rooms and shared spaces, an amazing breakfast served on the roof terrace but what we appreciated most were the fantastic staff. Everyone from the kitchen staff, who make many of the breakfast delights, the owner, the manager and the staff who serve you were amazing and we would/will not hesitate to return here .

My boyfriend and I recently had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful riad, and we can’t recommend it enough!
We were transported into an oasis of calm. It was so serene that we felt like we had the place to ourselves at times!
The staff (Redouan (who we called Riadaddy), Said, Mohammad, and all the housekeeping staff) went above and beyond in every way, offering warm and genuine hospitality. They were attentive without being overbearing, always available to assist with anything we needed, whether it was arranging transport, spa treatments, making sure we were well fed and watered or simply offering local recommendations. Made us feel like proper guests rather than tourists.
Breakfast was a feast that included tasty pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese and made-to-order omelettes. One of the mornings we had an early start and we were kindly given little food-to-go packages filled with everything you needed to start your day. So thoughtful and kind!
One experience you need to do whilst in Marrakech is a traditional hammam & massage treatment and this was offered within the riad. It was a perfect mix of luxury and chill, with mint tea given at the end, with the opportunity to dip in the pool after or relax throughout different spots in the riad. Razia and team made us feel comfortable throughout.
The location was also perfect, nestled in the medina, it was so to all the major attractions. After a busy day of exploring, returning to the riad felt like stepping into a peaceful haven.
We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for an authentic, relaxing, and truly special experience!

Our only disappointment was that we could not stay longer to savour what this beautiful Riad had to offer, exceptional care by Said and his team in this exquisite building. I would love to return to enjoy a Hamaan bath and Spa- other guests reported that it was fantastic.
Breakfast was super, lots of choices and served in a beautiful rooftop setting.
Location was good for visiting the many attractions of Marrakesh. Said sent us off with maps, routes, and a great app for getting around off- line.
A wonderful calm and serene place to catch a break from the craziness of Marrakesh .
