We truly had an amazing time at this beautiful Riad, perfectly located in the Medina. Joyful moments on the rooftop terrace with mint tea and yummy breakfast. It felt like coming into a little oasis. The pool is small but great for a quick dip to cool down The staff had a real eye for details and the interior was charming. Best of all was the outstanding service and nice team working there. We got help whenever we needed it and great advice and tips. 10/10. Our stay at the Riad made us have an amazing home to escape to from the buzz outside. We highly recommend a stay at this Riad.

I stayed 5 nights and I have to say this is the right place to stay in the centre of Marrakech. The staff is absolutely fantastic and super friendly/helpful! Legends. Also, the location is walk distance to all the major highlights in Marrakech. Another plus is the breakfast and how quite this place is. Do not hesitate to book your accommodation here because for me it was a really good surprise.

Everything! Location perfect, not to close but not too far from the madness of the souks! The food (which the made for us really late after our delayed flight from airport) was incredible! The property was beautiful and the service everyone was lovely but the one thing/person that made our stay really memorable was Riad worker Solayman. He was not only amazing service wise but our very good friend by the end of our stay. We miss him a lot! I would definitely recommend!!!

The neighborhood is very dangerous and dark at night and is still at risk of collapsing from the earthquake The employees are very nice but they ask for money and that i no like it

Fantastic stay! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly and the Riad is beautiful with the best location, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to the centre. Would definitely recommend booking a cooking class with their chef, she was fantastic!! Can't wait to come again soon! Couldn't recommend this place enough!! Thank you Riad Jnan el Cadi!!

Starting with the staff, they are all incredibly kind and caring people, asking about your day and your needs; they definitely go above and beyond. Then the riad itself is in great shape and of high standards with comfortable rooms, a lovely top roof terrace, and great in-room facilities (hot water, working toilets, strong AC). Finally, we found the location super convenient to easily walk to some of Marrakech's beautiful sites, whether in the north/south/west/east/centre of the city!
Not the easiest riad to find (especially considering googlemaps/other apps struggle a bit in Marrakech) so I would recommend taking the riad's offer to provide a taxi service; I think they could be a bit more competitive on this offer and weren't super flexible to haggle. But don't let this stop you staying here!

Wonderful
This Riad is absolutely delightful and we feel so lucky to have found it. It's a very pretty environment to stay in and we were made to feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. It's a family run Riad which certainly adds to the charm and the family feel of this place.
We slept soundly and enjoyed our breakfast in the morning which sets you up for the day.
All the staff are lovely and in particular Faissal who was so helpful and attentive. An absolute asset to the El Cadi team.

The evening host, Faycal, was excellent! He was our tour guide for our first day in Marrakech. We cant thank him enough. He was wonderful. The Riad is beautiful and very well maintained. We will definitely return.

It's a beautiful space both inside and out. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and evenings on the roof terrace very much! We got the history of the building from the owners, which was a nice addition. It's easily walkable to the Medina and there are plenty of places to eat and shop close by.
Nothing much to complain about! It would have been nice if the shower was easier to use (handheld) but it did the trick, anyway.

Everything was perfect. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They shared a map to get around medina and provided tips for good restaurants and hammam. Breakfast was good .

The Riad is lovely, having the breakfast and dinner on the terrace was nice. The location was perfect, central in the old Medina. Suleyman and Medi were super helpful and friendly as all staff.
We wanted to use the pool but we found it under refurbishment.
