The administrator/ housekeeper/ cook, Sukino was a lovely person. Very kind and caring. Breakfasts were very good.
Can be noisy at night.

Lovely clean room and rooftop terrace. Breakfast was delicious and filling and the host was lovely. The Riad was based in a quieter area, down a few alleyways and felt very safe around the streets.

It is a beautiful Riad, the rooms are decorated beautifully. It is in a perfect location, once you do know where it is. I was served something a little every day for breakfast, allowing me to taste various Marocco specialities. I did have hammam, and it was experience that left me feeling relaxed. I did use a roof terrace where I could sunbath uninterrupted. It was 35degrees on one day, and although there is no pool, there is a cold water tap, and I used the water to cold down. On the last day I could leave my bags, so I could explore the city hands free, I was also allowed to charge my phone before setting off for the airport, even though it was way past the checkout time.
It is not really anything I disliked about the property, but I thought I mention, that there is a slight discrepancy between where Google shows the property is on a map, to booking location, and to where the property really is. In the end I called the host who spoke to someone local who showed me the way. I have added a Google map screenshot showing this discrepancy.

Location of the Riad is quite nice
The house lady told us a wrong amount of money we should pay (we had to double-check and it was 30 euros more), one hour after we checked into our room they told us to switch rooms into a shittier room, they didnt give us any eggs or coffee for breakfast only after we waited for a long time and asked for it.

It was very peaceful, the decor was beautiful, and the staff were so lovely! You get some lovely mint tea when you arrive as well and the breakfast was the best I had in Morocco!
Didn't stay longer :( Also the usual slight noise of other guests due to it being a riad.

Staff were so lovely and friendly. Accommodated us amazingly. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very pretty. The Riads decor was beautiful, interior and the exterior.

It was an exceptional week: the riad has a central but quiet location and our triple room was cared for in every detail. Above all, the kind housekeeper Sukina is always present to make sure you have everything you need and she prepares a delicious breakfast. We couldnt ask for more, well definitely come back!

The Riad is ideally situated with a charming courtyard and terrace. The breakfast is exceptional and the housekeeper, Sukina, is extremely responsive and helpful. I particularly loved the minimalistic design of the Riad.
The hot water in the bathroom takes a while to run.

Tea on arrival. I was greeted outside of the main road by the receptionist to get to the Riad. I was checked in at arrival as my room was ready. Very hospitable.

The breakfast were too good. Staying in Riad was one of a kind experience. Great way to live and experience the Moroccan heritage
One day trips were a bit expensive than the standard ones.

The Riad is very will located but very quiet at the same time. Very clean and comfortable. Very kind staff.
Unfortunately I had to flight very early in the morning and I couldn't enjoy breakfast and the beautiful room I had.
