Wonderful
Beautiful riad with 3 different structure styled in different styles. Excellent breakfast, great pool and very spacious.
There was a cat inside the courtyard and my wife is afraid of cats so she couldn't go outside the room.

Very Poor
The riad was beautiful and the rooms were so clean and decorated so well
The staff ruined the entire experience which is a shame since its such a beautiful riad. They dont respond to messages before we got there asking about parking. They make you leave your keys at the front desk when you go out of the riad but Ive never seen something like that and to make it worse they dont open the door for you when you arrive. Took them about 5 - 6min to open the front door of the riad. Now for the worst part, the staff is racist against its own people and put other foreigner guest above us. Keep in mind we are technically foreigners since we dont live in morocco but since were visibly Moroccan were treated differently from the French and Spanish guests (non Moroccan) and when we called out this behavior to the staff they denied it and made excuses that did not make sense. They knew they were in the wrong and didnt bother talking to us the rest of our stay. So I definitely dont recommend staying somewhere that you cant even relax and be comfortable without being treated differently from other guests in your own home country. What a damn shame. And on top of that I am a well known social media influencer that was excited to highlight this beautiful riad on social media but now my following will know not to visit this riad or bring their business here.

Disappointing
The building consists of three traditional Riads joined as one with a cute central courtyard. The rooftop has potential if only the hotel management invested in furniture to set it up properly.
Our superior suitewas very loud. Noise from guests in the pool and the staff were not discrete, often yelling at each other when cleaning rooms, etc. The wifi is very weak, affecting our ability to work online for a few hours daily. The Riad is a solid 40-minute walk from the south of the Medina. We stayed at 2 other Riads while in Marrakech for 10 days and this was our least favourite. For the rates they are charging, you can definitely find way better options that are quiet, relaxing, well serviced and closer to the Medina (where all the action is).

Very Poor
The cleaning ladies were really sweet. They would always smile and greet you.
The male staff/managers were so rude and aggressive towards us. They gave special treatment to all the white European guests but didn't match the same energy with us (Moroccans). We experienced blatant racism and differential treatment compared to the other guests. The men at the front were very sarcastic and had a lot of attitude when asking simple questions. When we confronted them for their treatment they just got defensive and chose to ignore us and not attend to us. These men honestly ruined the whole stay which is a shame because the riad itself is beautiful. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Breakfast was good
We paid for a junior suite and we didnt get a junior suite. It was probably the worst room of the building. Our friends had an amazing room probably twice the size that we had and they had a standard room. Our aircon wasnt working and we couldnt breathe at all in the room. We had a HORRIBLE night. The next day, the staff was rude and pretending the aircon was working and it was all in our head. When I asked for a discount they refused. I will never stay again.

Good
Lovely Riad, great breakfast, clean and comfortable. Some staff members were very very helpful and made our stay very pleasant.
Unfortunately there was one staff member in particular who was rude on multiple occasions - all other staff members were lovely.

The level of cleanliness in the rooms is not great
Though the public areas are spotless.
The breakfast is limited, and the same every day; except for one day during the whole week, wwe got eggs.

beautiful design and my room was great
neighborhood is not the best option. Thirty min walk from the market centre
The breakfast was very sugary and high on bread carbs. The will make an omelet, but should be healthier overall

Wonderful
It is really a nice place to stay, you have everithing what you could expect in the heart of the city. Nice stuff, breakfast is ok! You have rooftop terrace. We loved it!
I'm not sure if it's not ok, we only didn't expected this: there is a mosque right next to the riad. You hear the call for the pray maybe 5 times a day. Even at 4 a.m....witch is funny the first time, but every morning...well.

The property was large and spacious, super clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The riad is 20 minutes from square but easy walk.
Room was large and air conditioning was great.
The manager warned us to be careful with guides we didnt and ended up at the tannery which is super expensive and really not worth it.
The rooftop and court yards are beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Very Good
Both breakfast and dinner were very very good. Our massage was okay, welcome and very inexpensive but not outstanding. The facility is very unique and quite beautiful. The common areas (pool, breakfast area, etc are very nice, we kept taking pictures of them. We had one snafu. We asked for a large taxi to the airport and instead got a small one. One of us had to sit in the front seat with a huge suitcase on his lap to the airport. The hotel should have ensured that we got a large cab.
The location was a bit far away from main places we wanted to see. It was even difficult for taxi drivers to find so be sure you bring a business card when you go out (as lots of taxi drivers are limited in English). We needed to take a taxi back each evening, usually, we like to stay where we can walk. if you stay, turn right outside the door and then at the end of the road, turn left into the medina for a wonderful walk through the authentic, not touristy parts of the medina.
