Secure and safe. Nice and courteous. Breakfast daily, no diabetics Laundry done, $+ Many rooms Side street Plenty of restaurants around English, French and Arabic. + tourist few Keep cash on hand Local hill is the palace, limits Palooza is close for children Large Marjane in area. Hair dryer in room Hammam Meeting rooms Banks, don't trust. Especially bank of Africa Keep a camera handy.
Inner stairs spiral small. Good for younger people,but there is an elevator.y ain't wouldn't be able to handle it. Front door is manned. Be patient. Narrow street outside, be aware. Area of high curbs Taxis are an effort Some local businesses are cash only Not conser are, women in tank tops outside. Garbage and flies in area.

The staff were very worry about our stay.
Wifi, in some cases I was complicated taking meetings because the wifi was with intermitence (in general works well).

The team is great and the food is fantastic. You need to order in advance but it is worth it. The ice cold swimming pool is a relief for hot days . Location is perfect , calm neighborhood unlike the medina and near the hotel there is one of the best bakery in town . We had a great time and we will definitely come back Inchallah.
As all riads the sound insulation is loose, we had good neighbors 90% of our stay . So all was good.

Tarik was a sweetheart I think we were their only guests but Tarik made us feel we were owners and not guests, he was waiting for us with a smile everytime we came back !
