Location was fantastic. Although its right in the middle of the centre as soon as you step inside its a little oasis of peace and calm. Rooms were lovely. Breakfast great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful but Mourad was exceptional - he always went the extra mile and is a huge asset to the property. Lovely stay and highly recommend.

I loved everything! Beautiful haven behind the walls! Traditional style rooms and a lovely roof top area to unwind. Mohammed and all the staff were so lovely. A traditional breakfast of breads with butter and jams and coffee and juice were included. A nice way to start the day. Make sure you get the Riad to organise your arrival transport otherwise its too hard to find. I would highly recommend Riad Louaya!

It was a beautiful haven behind the walls! Mohammed was so kind and helpful with any information we needed. All the staff at the Riad were excellent. Sitting on the open roof top was a great way to end the day and the rooms are lovely tractions l rooms. The one thing I would highly recommend is to get the Riad to organise your arrival transport. Cars can only drop you at the nearest road and without a local walking us down the laneway to the Riad I dont know how we would have found it! I would highly recommend staying at Riad Louaya!

Id 100% recommend this riad and we will definitely come back. It feels like home away from home, with maximum privacy. The location is 10/10 right in the medina and yet very quiet. Your good night sleep will be guaranteed. They probably have the best pillows Ive ever had at any hotel and the bed is super comfortable. Everything is clean. We have booked the airport shuttle with them, as well as some activities and everything worked very well.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Problems are fixed right away. Their breakfast is typical moroccan, fresh and very delicious, as well as their mint tea. Each day its slightly different.
Were happy that weve chosen this riad. It made our stay in Marrakesh a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed our time at Riad Louaya. The staff were friendly and the roof terrace provided a quiet, sunny respite from the mild chaos of the medina. The breakfast served in the courtyard was a pleasant start to the day, and there were plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. The location really is tucked away and we would have struggled to find it on our own. However, Hakim kindly met us at our taxi drop off and escorted us to the Riad. I'd recommend arranging this.
Our room (and especially the bathroom) was quite small, but cosy. It was only somewhere for us to sleep, so not really an issue.

We loved everything about this beautiful riad, the decor was amazingly beautiful, it was so delicate and ornate. The riad was spotless and cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious and traditional and plentiful. Mohammad was a gentleman, he organised transport to and from the airport and escorted us to the taxi at 2am. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and smiley. We loved the rooftop garden and the stunningly pretty courtyard and fountains. Location to the souks, the Koutoubia and the medina was brilliant, so close. I would stay here again!

Lovely sunny oasis at the top. Peaceful and relaxing away from the hussle and bussle outside. So we'll attended by Mohamed who gave us so much good advice on what to do and where to eat.
