Our home away from home in Marrakech was everything we hoped it would be! Location could not be better - close to everything, comfort level was unmatched: the room had everything we could possibly need/want; the breakfast was very elaborate; and last but not least, our hosts - the nicest people - were always there for us making sure we were well taken care of, which we were 100% of the time! Thank you, Liliya and Emanuele!!!!
There was nothing we didn't like.. We loved every minute of our stay at Maipa!

Emanuele and Liliya succeed easily and make a tremendous effort to ensure all your needs are taken care of. The rest of the staff are also excellent. The Riad is fantastic and provides an excellent base to discover Marrakech. The facilities are fantastic.

This riad was so beautiful and soooo detailed!! Breakfast was amazing!!! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious. We loved the waterfall shower head! Lots of sustainable practices happening too!

The amazing hospitality of Liliya and Emanuele, they are so kind and genuine people. Beautiful Riad in a superb location smack in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Medina but still so peaceful and calm once you enter the Riad. Some kind of magic! The breakfast was amazing and we really recommend booking their dinner too as it was truly a culinary experience.

Everything!
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The Riad is in an excellent location, and easy to find, just a short 5min walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa square.
Liliya and Emanuele are the most wonderful hosts. They made our stay so special, with personal touches, and even kindly upgraded us for our engagement celebration to the beautiful Hibiscus room.
Breakfast is a fantastic spread of Moroccan delights to start your day, and another example of the effort they go to for guests.

What a magnificent riad! Loved the place, the people who own and run it, and the fabulous breakfasts. The owners have had a long career in luxury hotels and it shows with their attention to detail and service levels. What really helped was how easy it is to find from Jemaa el Fna. It's so easy to get lost in the medina, but the position of Riad Maipa makes it super easy to find... just remember the name of the restaurant by the right lane off Jemaa el Fna and then turn right at the shawarma shop! Despite being so close to the action, inside the riad it's quiet and peaceful. So glad to hear they were unaffected by the earthquake.
Note: it's not a swimming pool but a jacuzzi.

We cannot rate Emanuele and staff highly enough , from the moment they picked us up at 2am from where the airport driver dropped us to when we checked out , the service was like no other we have ever experienced
The Riad is stunning , newly renovated and so beautiful
We were staying at the Riad on the night on the earthquake and Emanuele took charge and made sure our safety was his number one priority
He didnt sleep for 2 days making sure we were all ok and we cannot thank him enough for his care and kindness
Please visit Morocco , it is so beautiful and interesting, the earthquake was a 2 in 100 chance of occurring and we stayed on after the earthquake without worrying at all for our safety and will definitely be back to explore more of this amazing country . There is so much to do and see from the Medina in Marrakech to the beautiful seaside town of Essouria

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Emanuele & Liliya are exceptional hosts and we couldn't recommend them more. We spent a long time choosing between Riad's and eventually settled on this one because of the incredible reviews and we were not disappointed. The Riad itself is absolutely stunning and well located in a safe and quiet area providing a perfect escape from the chaos of the Medina. We arranged transfers to and from the airport which made transporting our luggage through the Medina much easier. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing, everything you could ever ask for including fresh pastries, eggs, yoghurt, fruits, cheeses and cereal. The friendly service was what really made our stay so special, Emanuele & Liliya went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, even making ginger tea and bringing me some cough medicine at breakfast when I felt poorly. We would return in a heartbeat.

I would say words cannot explain, but there are so many.
The riad is so beautiful, beyond photos shows.
The roof terrace is perfect for an afternoon rest, the jacuzzi is a great addition after a long walk between the alleys.
Emanuele, Lilya and Ibrahim were so kind and warm, always making the best efforts and making sure we are good and enjoying, always with a smile, helping and giving tips about everything.
We arrived late and had such a nice welcoming, Emanuele gave us a tour around the riad and it was fascinating.
The location is great, the room was amazing and we loved the spa bath with the bath salt, essence and candle - everything made with thought!
the double sinks, the amenities were great and the slippers were such a cute touch!
Plus, I never use the hotel shampoo etc, but it was so good I didnt use mine.
And the breakfast!
Really, dont think twice. Its like an oasis in the middle of Medina.

CHOOSE THIS RIAD! The perfect location inside the medina, just a few steps from everywhere you want to visit, this place is a tranquil oasis. Beautifully restored with historic character, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds, this is hands down the perfect riad. The owners and staff are very accommodating and full of great recommendations when you ask for them. They provide a huge, delicious breakfast every morning (they happily accommodated my specific vegetarian diet with creative dishes). We actually extended our stay 2 extra nights because we loved it there so much! We've never done that before. There aren't as many reviews of this riad because they just opened this past winter, but I can promise you this is a gorgeous and welcoming place to stay -sparkling clean, quiet, great terrace, perfectly situated near Jemma el Fma and other points of interest.

We had the room on the terrace and was very nice and comfy. The entire Riad was an authentic example of maroccan architecture and the furniture, too! Emanuele and Lilia made for us an amazing fusion breakfast: Italian bread and maroccan delicacies.

was the best I tasted in Marrakech for both Moroccan and international and Im vegetarian as well and they were super nice to custom a delicious menu for me.
Also, the great Lili and Emanuele were so anticipated to all my needs , I had to study and also relax and Riad maip was definitely great choice.
