This is a super traditional riad right in the old town and you can walk to all the central sights. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and very helpful. Great value.
We struggled to find the riad initially so good instructions and a map in advance would have helped. Once we'd found it the first time it was then easy to get back to.

Breakfast is good but only sugary things. However the main issue is the deficient Wi-Fi. Bedrooms are nice the bed is not very big. bedroom is small but nice.

Such a lovely welcoming riad. The staff were all so kind and helpful. It was a little oasis when we returned from the Old Town.
It was was a little tricky to find at first as with a lot of the riads it is tucked away through some alleys but we soon managed to get our bearings and actually appreciated being just enough distance away from the busyness of the Old Town. All we could hear was birdsong

Fabulous building
Cleaning of our bathroom stopped after day one. We didnt have toilet roll! Ahead of leaving we paid 25 euro for a lift to the station early am. Noone came. The lovely guy who is overnight helped and events man came for the luggage. But there was no cab. He had to hail one and the driver said it was 100 dirham. Some paid hugely over the odds and were late and stressed. This was such a shame as we had otherwise had a lively time in this wonderful place.

Incredibly beautiful and elegant architecturally and from a decor perspective without being too polished or over processed. Twists and turns through Derb Snan to reach, yet one morning of practice and we had it down. Great location. Gorgeous breakfasts in the interior courtyard as late as you want them, typically guests seemed to wake around 10 am.
At a riad, you are at the mercy of other guests manners one party was loud one night and anothers chain-smoking filled the riad the hosts were very attentive and addressed. The remainder of the nights we slept soundly and used a white noise app.

I really liked our stay at this wonderful Riad. The stuff was extremely nice and welcoming. The Riad is so beautiful and the Rooftop really unique. We had a great time and would def come back. It felt like home staying here :)

This is a really beautiful little Riad with a beautiful courtyard, rooms and rooftop terrace with trailing plants. It was quiet, secluded and tucked away down a maze of small alleyways, but still very close to the main souks. We had a wonderful stay, the room was very comfortable and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Would love to go back!

The riad was beautiful and the staff were so attentive. Breakfast on the terrace was great too. Loved having a pool to cool off in and lie on the sun loungers it was very quiet and peaceful.
The swimming pool could use a lick of paint to refresh although was perfectly useable and was great to cool down in the hot afternoons.

The best thing about our stay at Riad Majala was the hospitality and warmth of the place and its people. We were hosted by welcome and polite staff in a very intimate Riad that although small in size ( a positive not a negative at all!) had everything needed. The staff was always present but discrete and went unnoticed.
The only point I did not personally appreciate was the need to pay all in cash at the end of the stay, and the detail of not providing an invoice on what we were paying additional to the room.
