Everything is so well done here, from food to linens to decor to staff. It’s calm and quiet, yet near markets and other sites. The hammam was a lovely experience.

The location was close to all the action but was very quiet. We enjoyed walking through the spice market to get back to the Riad, enjoyed the storks from the terrace, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Loved it!

We had a lovely stay with wonderful hosts and amicable staff who were eager to share their insights about life in Morocco. Despite being in the heart of Southern Marrakech's bustling city, we had a quiet and peaceful experience in our lovely, spacious and clean room.
The property had many nooks and corners to allow you to explore the space and share the common areas with other guests. With the indoors crafted like a museum with hand-picked items and tokens of memorabilia, this is a place that transports you through a cosier time.
The Moroccan hammam was extremely relaxing.
Imad, Hussain and Simo were delightful staff members, ensuring we learnt about Morocco through history, culture and politics. The staff kindly prepared breakfast earlier than their time when we had to head out super early in the day. They also have an airport shuttle available with the most pleasant drive into the city and back.
Although we didn't try their dinner, we had a sumptuous breakfast every morning, accompanied by freshly pressed orange juice or mint tea. The terrace was our favourite spot, including a private balcony outside our room, which gave us a wonderful view of the sunrise and sunsets.
The stay had no negative aspects to the experience. Even when our lock broke, they immediately replaced it without a single cause of concern or worry.

The staff was very hospitable and provided all the information we needed, from where to eat and have coffee to the best spots to exchange money. The hotel feels like a boutique stay, more like a beautiful historic house transformed into a cozy and charming hotel.
As constructive feedback, I think breakfast could be improved. It was very simple,coffee, orange juice, and mint tea, but no meat options at all. Everything else about the stay was great, they where very nice.

Beautifully decorated riad with gracious staff who welcomed us with mint tea, a brief orientation. We requested hotel pickup from the airport which included a staff member to walk us to the riad door from the taxi dropoff point. Staff was super friendly and approachable. They really went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed everything, asked followup questions about our day, and even found a lost earring for us. Bonus that we were able to do a private hammam treatment in the riad. Terrace was beautiful and had a breeze to keep us cool. This was our favorite riad in Morroco.
Shower water pressure was inconsistent. However, this was a minor quibble compared with how much we enjoyed the riad.

Breakfast was really plentiful and even an omelette was on offer.
The room was very authentic to a Moroccan Riad, with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was a good size with plenty of amenities.
Location was terrific, minutes from the Spice Souk, all the sites were within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from.

A very quaint raid. A little out of the way and hidden, but very close to the markets. Staff are exemplary; cheerful and helpful. The facilities are clean. We did the hammam and massage, which was a lovely experience. I full recommend it! Breakfast was good. Very interesting decor. We fully recommend this!
It was maybe a little hidden, but we looked at it like an adventure!

Love the Location, great to have a breakfast included, staff were multi-lingual, so friendly and keen to help. I'd recommend this to anyone visiting.
Not a huge issue: Showers pressure depended on when anyone else in the hotel was using them and the shower drained slowly. Recommend the hotel deals with this but it wouldn't put me off another stay.

The accomodation is amazing! Everythjng looks beatiful, in Moroccan style, and is really clean.
The staff is really kind and ready to help- they will great you when you come (even walk you from taxi to the accomodation) give you map of the city, show you around, give you tips for some great restaurants and city attractions. Amazing services!!
And the crown jewl of the Riad- roof top terrase! ?
Amazing terrase where you can sit or lay in the comfy sun loungers, with a lot of plats - just beautiful!
Breakfast: get ready for great Morrocan tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, Morrocan pancakes, olives, cheese, fruit, coffee, tost, omlet (if you ask they will make it for you), collection of jams.. really quality meal. ??
The only thing I see as an upgrade opportunity is that the rooms are missing the door for the toilets (there is just a curtain - like shower curtain) between toom and toilet area. Having a door would be much more comfortable.

I really liked the breakfast and the specially omlettes stole my heart. I like the beds they are so comofrtable. the staff who greeted me when I came in are so friendly and informative, really ddi exceed my expectactions on who freindly and informative that talk was and the little map was thoughtful. the hammam and the massage is lady is good we have to pay extra for it though.
I personally didn't like the shower and how low the entrance to it is. I hit my head multiple times to it. also the sounds or the soundproofing is really low, you could hear ppl scraping plates from 7 in the morning that's a lot louder because my room is closer to the dining area. overall sound proofing could be better. but I also am aware that with the style of construction and all it could be difficult.
