A very healthy and quality breakfast with multiple options was served. The manager Saida and the staff was very helpful and facilitated out of way. I had an early departure at 7 AM and Saida facilitated in providing early breakfast (which was other wise at 8.30 AM) and made arrangements for luggage stoppage at my pick up point.
There wasn't much interaction with other inmates

Everything was amazing. Their continental breakfast was very good and made fresh right before serving. (eggs, pancakes, crepes, pastries, yogurt) and they make sure to accommodate you if you are starting the day extra early. The coffee and tea are also very very good. The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you need during your stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful, ensuring that all of our requests were heard and fulfilled them. Overall, we are extremely happy that we stayed here and when we come back, we know where we are going.

Great location, super helpful service and a very good breakfast. we had dinner one night which was lovely and they organised our airport pick up which was very smooth.
We had the 2 downstairs rooms which are extremely tight and would not be suitable for people with any kind of mobility issues as you could not move around the bed. These were also a bit noisy if people were chatting in the indoor courtyard as they were basically sitting outside your window. Rooms were a bit dark due to having to keep curtains and shutters closed for privacy if people were in the courtyard. Ask for an upstairs room if booking.

The location was superb; the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were met where cars must stop by Mohammed or Hassan from the hotel who took bags and guided us through the bustling, busy square and side streets to the Riad (incidentally, we never had a moment's nervousness walking back through busy market streets or deserted alleyways to the riad). Inside, everything was clean, quiet and well-serviced. The beds, although rather squeezed in (but this is a riad not an hotel) were very comfortable indeed. The bathroom facilities, while offering limited privacy within the room (but this is a riad) were very good, and the hot water was hot! Breakfast was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. The meal given to us at our request on arrival (at almost midnight) was one of the best we had in Morocco. It was also the only place we found in Morocco that served cold Casablanca beer, and an excellent local Syrah from Meknes. We cannot recommend this riad too highly, and decided that we had made a perfect choice.

The wifi was completely useless and the pool was practically a bathtub. I also thought the bathroom was quite basic for the money, the shower could be improved

The communication via booking.com was regarding arrival, transport etc was very good. The young man who collected myself at the airport was super nice, super friendly and so were the staff throughout my stay. I need to specifically acknowledge the venue were exceptional in accommodating an early arrival for me, and my room was already prepared, so a huge thanks to them for this. Hospitality needs to highlighted, the team were exceptional and welcoming.
I feel the attention to detail is missing in some areas. The cleanliness of the room was good, but areas were missed. Upon my arrival, I had a look around the room, an old wrapper in the shower area next to the soaps, cobwebs on the lattice panel above the toilet, and cobwebs on the side wall light above the bed furthest from the door. I did cut my leg on a table in TV room which really needs addressing (see snaps which are all date stamped) The small pool may look clean, but it is not. I was not really given a tour of the Riad which would have been nice, just the downstairs area and my room. Unlike the previous Riad I stayed at, I was given the grand tour, and communication was simplified by using WhatsApp with the host. WIFI - Despite being on the ground, the WIFI was probably one of the worst I have experienced. There's a selection of wifi networks TV - Upload 16.3m, Download 12.3m Douiria - Upload 11.9m, Download 6.4m (this was the main network everyone used) They were all shockingly slow, or losing connection even when I was in the main TV / reception area. Smoking - There is no consideration for the non-smokers staying. Guests congregate in the main downstairs seating area by the tree, much to the annoyance that as I am on the ground floor, the window and door to my room provided no protection against the smoke, and a table was set up for 4 guests to eat, immediately outside my bedroom window, all 4 guests were smoking at the table. So for any asthmatics, this is a no no! I was asked several times if I would return, unfortunately, based on this experience, I am afraid not. My previous stay at another Riad exceed this stay hugely I am afraid.

We loved everything about this riad (and we stayed in other riads during our one-week trip): staff was super friendly and helpful, both breakfast and dinner were delicious and served exceptionally. The best moroccan tea we've ever tried! The room was very authentic and beautiful. The location was excellent (in a very quiet street but straight next to the medina and everything else). Rooftop was the best too! I was very appreciative of all the accessories in the bathroom - just beautiful and super authentic.
We didn't get to explore the small pool there as it felt like it would be a wierd thing to do (it's in the courtyard where everyone is sitting and walking around). But we were pretty busy so maybe it was just us and a lack of time. That's a tiny thing that I can remember now and in comparison to other riads but it was super lovely to have it there for the atmosphere!
