Good
I love the atmosphere and how traditional it was bed was very comfortable and spacious
We had no hot water in our room, the maintenance was going to fix it but it didnt get done. We had hot water for a small amount of time but not enough to shower with. We were told we couldnt run water in the bath , seems pointless having a bath. Not enough water to shower. I asked for money off when I paid the bill , and the lady did her best as no manager was around . However the amount taken off was not really sufficient when we had no hot water for more than 48 hours .

This property was as lovely as the pictures. Lots of cool nooks and crannies to hang out in away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location was fantastic and the Riad is beautiful. The breakfast was also simple and filling- over all we had a great experience.
I wish our bathroom had a door! It didnt even have a curtain - slightly awkward when youre sharing with a friend!

Everything. A real treasure. Small but exquisite. Room was charming. The courtyards romantic and the roof terrace a wonderful view across the Medina. Staff were great.
Maybe a door of some sort across the bathroom. Both for a bit of privacy when using toilet and to avoid washing the bedroom when taking a shower. But not a tragedy.

I loved this Riad, rooms are big and amazing, the terrace is incredible, the pool as well, actually all the riad is amazing. Staff was super nice and friendly, they even invited us to eat with them, when it was time to break the fasting of Ramadan at night. In addition, we left there a painting and they helped us in sending it to us in Italy. I totally recommend this Riad!!

My door kept getting unlocked after I left the room, and I clearly remember locking the door. This happened multiple times.

Wonderful
Loved our accommodation, it was so unassuming from the outside busy environment, and then you enter into a world of peace here. The accomodation was styled really nicely, clean, and in a perfect location. It also had a rooftop which you could access. Breakfast was also very nice and you could eat this on their lovely courtyard.
Everything was great. If there was just one thing, it would be to adjust the brightness in the bathroom, to have the option to have more light in there on the morning. I think also it had a geezer in the room, so just be conscious of you're showering after each other, to check there is enough hot water. But this is absolutely fine, and you'll manage.

Wonderful
This is a beautifully decorated Riad. The location is very central and the roof terrace with a jacuzzi was a lovely place to relax in the evening after going out for a dinner - it has a view across the main square. We stayed in the Cedar room which was lovely, again the same stunning decoration style and so nice to have a bath. It is on the top floor, which meant it felt private. Im really pleased we paid a bit more and stayed in this room. The breakfast was delicious and the setting for breakfast was lovely.
Two things to be aware of, there are no curtains in the room and you cant fully turn the main light off - sounds strange, but does make for a relaxing night light. But if you need dark to sleep bring an eye mask. I wish Id have one. Some of the basics were missing - no water or tea on arrival, only one glass in the room even though there were two of us, we were left two bottles of soap, but it was unclear whether it was soap or bubble bath or shampoo - would have been helpful if these had been labelled. As this is a more expensive Riad I was surprised these basics were not provided. But overall it is a lovely Riad and I would recommend it to a friend.

Very Good
Very beautiful place - big, with 3 courtyards, a plunge pool, a hammam. I had a fantastic massage - I mean, really good. Birds and foliage all over the place, view from the roof. The staff were very responsive - Sofian in particular, who had very, very good English. It was very quiet. I loved it.
3 things - though the last three were true everywhere we stayed (Apart from the orange juice). 1. A problem with sewage, so the occasional smell which it would be nice to have covered with incense or something. I understand the riads are built on a very, very old infrastructure. 2. There's no information around - toilet paper down the toilet? I still don't know if that's a thing to avoid. 3. Coffee and tea making facilities in the rooms? Well nowhere was there this, although if you asked for what you needed - hotwater, a teapot, even milk in our case, you got it. But the language problem meant pot luck with this! Be prepared. 4. Breakfast was very disappointing. Dreadful coffee, a great mass of carbohydrate, no fruit or veg and in fact, most of the fruit we were given everywhere was very poor. Such a shame because it's so easy to get right. I'd happily teach them how to make an omelette properly and explain that fruit, salad, yoghurt without sugar in it should be standard. Also, I fear the orange juice here came out of a carton!! Really? In Morocco? Where oranges are abundant? Please remember that in England or France or many countries your tourists come from, fresh orange juice is a special luxury.

The look and feel of the Riad is very cool! Super traditional and looks like a small oasis. The breakfast is very good. The location is great very close to the main square and the markets (souks). The rooftop is very relaxing and you can oversee the buzz of the old town.
It is indeed overpriced considering it needs a LOT of refurbishing. The bed sheets do not fit the mattresses and it is not comfortable. The mattress also needs an improvement as it is very used and old. The room smells like naftaline and has loads of dust. We booked the green room and ended up staying in another from which was fine.

We LOVED the bath in our room and used it every night! The location is perfect, and the balcony with the view of Jma al-Finna is amazing.
Wish the hot water lasted longer, so we could actually fill up the bathtub.

The most beautiful hotel Ive ever stayed! Its an oasis in the middle of the chaotic Marrakech. The location cant be better, the jacuzzi on the rooftop is everything we need after a day walking around the city. The decoration is beautiful and the staff is great too! Super recommend, and cant wait to comeback :)
Nothing, everything was great!!

Very Good
We stayed in Bird of Paradise room which was at the top floor of the riad. We had a private terrace with seating area and a table with chair overlooking the old town which was beautiful. Inside the room the bed is huge and comfortable, there is a mini fridge with beverages and also a wardrobe. The room decor was very authentic to the culture which we absolutely adored. The riad is located right in the square which made it so easy to go out and explore by foot.
