An exceptional stay! The host is always ready to help you, day and night. The rest of the staff is super friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and are equipped with airconditioning and en-suite bathroom. A nice gesture is that tea is given to you upon arrival.
The breakfast is served on the rooftop which is so nice in the morning! The breakfast itself is great and you will not go out hungry!
I would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful riad where we felt very comfortable and safe, Abdul helped us a lot with absolutely everything we needed. Specific to Moroccan culture, cozy and very clean, the riad is very well positioned right in the old center, just 3 minutes from the main square. It was the perfect choice and we will definitely come back.

We were welcomed with moroccan tea. We had to leave early to the airport and therefore receiced early breakfast at 6:30. Taxi and luggage transfer out of the medina was arranged by the accomodation.

The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff - particularly Abdul, super helpful, super attentive, hard working. Otherwise, the riad is located very conveniently in the centre of Medina, very close to the Secret Garden. The rooms were OK for size, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked, there was a safe box in the room. Good size bathroom. The pool downstairs was usable. Great patio upstairs with a view over the Medina. I can also recommend the food - both breakfast and dinner served were delicious and full of local flavours. If I ever return to Marrakech this would be my first choice of accommodation.
Everything was actually better than expected.

The Hospitality of the staff is marvelous, they were perfect! Each staff is very helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Abdo and all the staff of Riad Princesse du Desert! You guys are wonderful! Their food as well is perfect.
The location is a bit far from the main street. We felt lost at first as we were not familiar with the place as its our first time.

The Host!!! Abdoul is an awesome, kind and caring person. He made my stay a wonderful experience. Had a lot of tips, was very respectful, always friendly and around when you needed him.
Also the other stuff was always friendly and greeted you with a smile.
My room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable.
You have a pool in the middle of the Riad, what a wonderful way to cool down after a hot day inside the Medina.
Breakfast was served on the rooftop (shadow always available)
Great way to start the day, it was freshly made, traditional moroccan breakfast, bread, msemmen, different types of pancakes, jam's, olives, omelet, juice.
I would totally recommend this place!!! 10 out of 10 for the Riad.

The place was amazing! The warm welcoming from the beautiful Malika with a lovely cup of atay and traditional cookies made me immediately feel at home. Every surface in the riad was spotless clean both the common areas and our room. The breakfast was delicious, traditional and I got my coffee just how I like it. Everything we asked for the amazing staff could fasiliate for us. All in all a beautiful, relaxing stay. The staff was absolutely amazing and kind, every single one of them.

We stayed one week at this riad and riad reve d'orient. The location was really good! Also the decoration and the hotel itself looks stunning! The room we had was big enough! The staff who worked there were really helpfull and kind. Abdul was really nice! Thank you all for this good stay!
Sometimes cold water while showering and the breakfast could be more variation if you are staying there for a longer period.(more salty choice instead of all sweet) but more positive points than this two small points.
