Wonderful
Breakfast had good range that would suit most people.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Room and bathroom was clean. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Asma's tips on navigating around Marrakech was very helpful.
It was a shame that swimming pool was in the center of the hotel and close to reception area. Some kind of screening to separate the two area would have been great.

Excellent staff. They work virtually 24 hours. For example Jalil provided coffee and juice on last day at 330am and brought bags down and took us down the alleys to taxi. Asma excellent service setting up trips. Adil another excellent butler.

The riad is modern and clean. We had a lovely stay, we stayed in a suite with access to a hot tub and the room was great. There is a terrace on the roof with your own private area with the hot tub. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We realised on checking in for our return flight that Marrakesh airport only accept paper copies of boarding passes and the riad printed these for us which saved a lot of stress at the airport trying to find a printer. We would definitely recommend this riad. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a modern version of a riad. The personnel was absolutely the best. Always willing to help with anything. They have luxurious bath robes like I had never seen. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

Asma welcomed us into a well designed Riad. She accommodated for my mother's mobility by changing their room to a ground floor room. And was very quick at responding to all our queries.
Jalil the guardian of the riad was great help throughout our stay. His hospitality skills are immaculate, well mannered, professional and high class. He looked after us, answering all our questions and making our stay comfortable.
Also was great coming back to our room each day for our room to be made up by Bushra. She was considerate of our things as she tidied and always left a cute little decorative towel suprise.
Riad sits more in the tourist trap area so you have to watch out for tourist prices. But you feel more safe as a result. Also a bit further by only 5 minutes walk to places of interest. Nothing major but in the heat just be prepared.
Only recommendation would be to have a fridge in each room to keep your water cool.

I highly recommend this Raid. The location was perfect, near the medina markets but on a quiet street. The space was beautiful and relaxing, the staff was extraordinary and was able to take care of our every need. It's really was incredible, I have never emerged from a hotel stay feeling so cared for. The spa was excellent and we took advantage of both the massage and the Hammam. I highly recommend both. The staff was very responsive after booking the stay and very helpful in setting up our transport to and from the airport. Hats off to this Raid, they nail it. It was such a wonderful base to explore Marrakesh.
