Disappointing
Okish place
The staff was trying to sell stuff like taxi, food, etc., and asked for cash and no credit card availability. He eventually borrowed the credit card machine from the next door and I was able to pay but he tried really hard for me to go get cash from the ATM outside in the street. Once you step in the room, there were quite a bit of advertisements to sell tour packages and I had to grab the advertising paper from everywhere, bed, table, desk, bathroom…. And the dinner package he was trying sell hard was over priced as well. Beside, the location was far off from the center and dodge area. And the worst was, the hot water ran out in the middle of showers, I was freezing cold.

Absolutely perfect stay. Would not change anything!! From start to end, we were met with the best hospitality, service, and friendliness. It felt like we were a family, staying in someone’s house. If you want true Moroccan hospitality, stay here. The rooms were clean (and cleaned every day), the breakfast was perfect, and the views were amazing!!! Jamal, Hamza, Idriss, and Soak… we will miss you all! Thank you for giving us the best experience ever. Let this be a sign to stay here!!

The location is fine, and it’s easy to catch a cab - just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. The rooftop is cozy and offers a beautiful view of the Medina’s rooftops. If you’re lucky enough to wake up early, you can even see the hot air balloons taking off!
Overall, I don’t think the price matches what you get at all.
The room we were given was incredibly small (luckily, we stayed only one night) and wasn’t even ready when we arrived, despite it being past check-in time. It was dark and a very basic room, which made it feel unwelcoming.
Breakfast was also disappointing - it didn’t seem fresh, and we literally saw some of the food had simply been reheated in a microwave before serving.
Unfortunately, this was our least favorite stay in Morocco.

The Riad was the perfect place to explore Marrakech safely and comfortably, thanks to its convenient location with easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. The room was cozy and exactly as shown in the photos, but what truly exceeded my expectations was the service. The staff was incredibly attentive, thoughtful about my needs, and always willing to adapt whatever was necessary to make me feel comfortable. As a solo traveler, this made all the difference in my experience.
I also chose to have dinner at the Riad every evening because the food was simply outstanding — delicious, varied, and without a doubt the best I had in the city. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming, safe, and memorable stay in Marrakech.
At first, I found the alley leading to the Riad a bit intimidating, since it is narrow and not very well-lit. However, it has security cameras, and I never experienced any incidents during my stay. I did all of my sightseeing in Marrakech on foot and always felt safe, so I wouldn’t consider this a negative point — just a note for other solo travelers not to be discouraged.

A wonderful authentic old world experience in a riad hotel inside the Medina walls. The manager Jamal saw to our every need as did his assistant Rashid. Their driver Hassan took us everywhere in a large comfortable van. Food was plentiful and delicious. The best possible Marrakech exerience.

Good
The property itself is close to the old Medina. It is clean and very comfortable beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Comfortable rooftop to lounge on.
The price was pretty steep.

A very beautiful and cosy riad. We had a great stay here.
A bit far from main road so it’s a bit scary to walk back at night.

Fair
The riad was ok overall, especially the terrace it was very cozy and peaceful on a sunny day. Also the breakfast on the terrace is a really good idea and makes you forget the things you don't like about the riad.
The room was very small, but I expected that. The bathroom a little bit messy. The cup for the toothbrush had toothpaste in it from other people. The hairdryer was sticky and dirty. We did not have appropiate bedsheets and the nights were not very comfortable. We had to pay for water, for printing the airplane tickets:)) I stayed in 4 riads and none of them charged me for this little things. We were a little pressed with making a decision in having dinner at the riad or not. I asked what will be the menu for the dinner, and they said it will be a surprise, but come on, everyone knows what that means.. I want to pay for whatever I want to eat, not whatever is left in the kitchen. I insisted about the menu and they said that for dessert we'll have oranges with cinnamon:)) what? anyway, we paid 22 euros for one person for dinner, and in the menu it was written that the price is 200 dh. Weird experience overall, felt like they were trying to make money from every little occasion. Like, come on, 1 euro for 1 piece of paper? I'm already paying for the stay, why charge for this little things and also saying (at the airport they charge you 40 euros) like he's making me a favor printing it for 1 euro. It's the little things that make the difference guys. As tourists, we might pretend we didn't hear, just because we don't want to create uncomfortable situations, but be sure we notice everything.

We experienced abuse in surrounding streets and robbing attempt on multiple occasions. The place is tacked away from any help when you get into trouble.
