The staff at Riad Tizwa were exceptional - they were welcoming, helpful and so friendly. Special mention Hassan. The breakfasts were extraordinary, plenty of traditional Moroccan food all prepared to a high standard.
Very hard to find something we didnt like!! Guests do not have their own access to the main door meaning a member of staff has to let you in. However, we were encouraged to come and go as we pleased, whatever time of day. We were never made to feel this was an issue and it added to the accommodation feeling secure and welcoming!

The Riad was in a great location right on the edge of the medina which made it easy to get to many attractions on foot but it was also easy to arrive by taxi. It offered a peaceful escape from the city. The breakfast provided was really nice. But what really made our trip was the staff who were friendly, helpful and accommodating at all times. We also booked a 3 day/2 night trip to Merzouga through the riad which we really enjoyed and went seamlessly. Thanks to Hassan in particular for providing us with all the info we needed!

Riad Tizwa is an absolute dream, it is beautiful, clean, modern with all the lovely additions to make a wonderful stay in central Marrakech for our family. The team go out of their way and are so friendly, accommodating, welcoming and informative. Breakfasts are delicious, with a range of fresh fruit, local breads and pastries, eggs, yoghurt etc. The rooms are lovely, with gorgeous products in the bathroom. Absolutely loved our stay, thank you Hassan and all the team for making our stay so incredibly memorable.

A beautiful and peaceful riad on the edge of the Medina. Perfect for exploring and then retreating to an oasis of calm. The rooftop breakfasts and tea are amazing, and everyone at the riad was helpful and friendly.

Our room was very nice, big wardrobe and bathroom, bed is comfortable. Personnel very helpful and friendly, big thanks to them! Breakfast is delicious. Location allows to reach everywhere by foot very fast, close to Majorelle garden as well.

Our stay at Riad Twiza was truly delightful. The ambiance exudes tranquility, with a charming terrace that became our favorite spot for breakfast in the mornings and serene sunset moments in the evenings. Situated conveniently in the heart of the Medina, it strikes the perfect balance of proximity to the souq without being engulfed in its chaos. Hassan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were always readily available to cater to our needs. Upon our request, they even arranged a mesmerizing trip to the desert, adding an extra layer of adventure to our experience. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bed provided the utmost comfort, guaranteeing a restful sleep, the only problem was the birds twitting at sunrise (a nice problem to have!). Every corner of the riad was impeccably clean, enhancing our overall satisfaction. Without a doubt, I would eagerly return to Riad Twiza for another unforgettable stay.
There is a 5% fee for credit card payments and paying the entire amount in cash posed a challenge due to the limitations on ATM cash withdrawals. It's worth mentioning that, in line with many establishments in Morocco, Riad Twiza does not serve alcohol.

Nothing! One day we ran out of water (the whole of the Medina did). Hassan accommodated us and made sure we could shower with reserve water.
