Wonderful
Beautiful Riad style hostel, spacious, lots of areas to chill. Bar makes nice Espresso Martinis. The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful and friendly with every single interaction.
Laundry is a bit expensive

It was really clean, lovely staff and great location
The children running around, it was more of a hotel than hostel with familys staying.
It was nice but actually quite expensive
Also it says usb plugs on hostel world, they are just normal plugs

It was spectacularly beautiful, the staff were very helpful, the room was spacious, the beds/linens comfortable and the bathroom well laid out with counter space for toiletries, a spacious shower with plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer were very handy too.
There was nothing to dislike and I would stay there again.

It was very clean , great decoration and tasty food ,amazing reception staff ,helpful and friendly.
I didn't like that they close the rooftop area early and the bar/swimming pool area.Drinks are expensive , the pool is a bit cold , would be nice a jacuzzi, and on the rooftop a pool ...

Great place. Beautiful and bright with plenty of nice lounge areas. The entire place is clean, and the rooms are spacious with well thought out design. Love the little things, such as hooks, mirrors, tables and chairs, that make a huge difference. The location cant be beat! And the staff are wonderful, specially Ilham and Nassima. I didnt have much interaction with the night shift staff, except for the nice black Moroccan man that had the brightest smile and was super helpful when I had a question about a certain tour. I didnt get his name though.
The other night shift man was snobbish and not at all helpful. I also didnt get his name but my interaction w him was NEGATIVE:
I came to the front desk at 7:45, wanting to get coffee before my tour at 8am. You need to go to the bar was what I was told. So I went to the bar, which was right outside. It was dark and unmanned. Its literally empty and closed. There was nobody there to order coffee from so I walked back inside and asked if I could just have coffee and pay them for it, since it was so easily accessible (it was self serve and on the counter). I dont eat breakfast at all, i just wanted coffee and was of course going to pay for it, but i kept getting refused. The breakfast room had ONE guest there, and they couldnt get me coffee?! Also, the bar he kept insisting I go to is just right outside AND shares the same kitchen! I was allowed to sit in the breakfast room, just not allowed to have coffee. I get withdrawals if I dont drink a cup in the morning, so sure enough, I had a massive headache and withdrawal nausea on the way to Essouirra so I didnt enjoy it at all. It was on my bday too. Such a bad experience! And that man in the front desk didnt handle it well at all. He just said NO GO TO THE BAR and went back to looking at his computer. So unprofessional.
Also my brand new perfume, Carolina Herrera, that I havent even opened yet and was excited to use, ON MY BIRTHDAY, was stollen from my room. :(

The staff were very good at their jobs.
The driver was already there at the airport waiting when I arrived. This was very important to me as a solo female traveller.
The receptionists were warm, welcoming and helpful.
The bar staff were friendly and attentive.
The food was better than expected for the hostel. I really enjoyed the Greek salad and the fried chicken was better than KFC. Well done to the chef!
The housekeepers were efficient and the dorm room was cleaned daily.
The bed was very comfortable.
There were plenty of chairs and tables and nice areas to chill out. The small pool and fountain were the bonus to make me feel relaxed!
Lastly I want to say thank you very much to all the staff during my stay. You are amazing during the earthquake! You have carried on with your work and taken care of your guests. It is your hospitality and good customer service that make me want to return to the Central House!
The toilet is in same room as the shower and it is the only one in the 4 beds dorm, so if someone is having a shower you cant use the toilet as there is no privacy!
