Location is away from the center a bit difficult to get back from excursion , GPS phone navigator is a must. Internet OK considering the building and location.

Oussama was excellent and made us feel extremely welcome. He helped us with lots of different things throughout the week. The Riad itself was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast that was provided varied throughout the week but was always very healthy and was served to us by the nicest team of ladies, all of which couldnt do enough for us. Overall a 10/10 experience we would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The breakfast was fresh and set us up for the day.
The pool is perfect for cooling down and the riad was cool all day. It was great being away from the hustle and bustle whilst only 30 minutes from the main square. Plenty of places to hide and relax.
The staff were lovely and friendly and we felt cared for beyond any other hotel, like family. Osama was attentive, caring, knowledgeable and his English was great.
Highly reccomend.
The whole experience didn't lend itself to negatively. The one thing that let the Riad down was that they did not turn up at the airport for our booked transfer.

Extremely hospitable and kind owner, showed us everything on the map first day and what is the best in Marrakesh, welcoming us with traditional mint tea, every day super breakfast we had and again too level of service!

One of the best experiences in a hotel that we've ever had! I don't think we've ever felt at home in a trip abroad, but in Riad Boustane it's difficult not to. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were received with cookies and mint tea and then Oussama made sure we had all the information we needed to explore the city. He gave us a map and shared tips and the do's and don't of the city, recommended the best restaurants and attractions we couldn't miss, and the best of everything is that you really feel that he cares about your stay and wants you to have the best time! We also had an upgrade in our room and everything was always clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing and has everything you need and more and is served by Titif, who always greets you with the best smile. The Riad itself is perfect, beautifully decorated, with an amazing terrace and a nice pool. The location is a little far from the main square but for us it wasn't a problem, and it's near one of the city gates so it' easy to get a taxi when you need it. In the end of our trip our flight was canceled when we were at the airport and we don't know what we would've done without Oussama, who picked up the phone late at night and said we were welcomed back to the Riad and arranged two more nights for us. Coming back and having Titif opening the door for us was like coming back home after a stressful moment. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our stay in Marrakech that much special!
