Exceptional
This was such a beautiful hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff to top it off. Everyone greeted you with a smile and was so helpful in ensuring our stay was a pleasant one. Shukran Hanane for always making sure our room was neat and tidy.
Location is also perfect. Very close to the airport and the médina as well as other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon.
Currently, there's construction on the hotel grounds. They are building a restaurant rooftop in the front which means construction noise in the mornings.

Wonderful
spacious very comfortable rooms, good breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool/ spa/ gym and conveniently located next to Menara Mall with a direct access.
Building work was going on up on the roof, noise in bar and surrounding the pool during the daytime a bit annoying

Very nice breakfast with plenty of options, and thanks to the second restaurant serving breakfast, there were always plenty of seats available. The beds were comfortable. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, you can reach most places within 10–15 minutes by taxi—whether it’s the airport, the markets, or the Majorelle Gardens. Menara Mall is right next to the hotel, with a direct connecting passage from inside. The hotel grounds are large and very quiet.
Two outdoor freezing cold swimming pools. Staff negligence. Leaking shower. Stains all over the room. Cluttered stairwells.
The first thing we saw upon arrival was construction: cement trucks, cranes and builders. Fortunately, they are only working on the facade, and inside the hotel, you no longer hear any noise. The two outdoor swimming pools were freezing cold, and no one was using them. The third, heated pool had a pleasant temperature, but it is located in a dark, muggy basement.
Despite the large number of staff, it was difficult to get assistance. We asked twice for someone to come and unlock the safe, which was already closed when we checked in, but no one ever came. It took five attempts to reach room service, and the bathrobes we requested never arrived. The spa is overpriced, and the ladies in the hammam didn’t speak English, so there were no explanations about the process or what we were supposed to do. The stairwells of the building we stayed in were cluttered with all kind of stuff (we saw furniture, sofa matress, even half-eaten apple).

Location is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The desk staff was very rude. They double charged me and I had to file a complaint on booking.com to solve the matter. I’ve emailed them a few times in order to solve the matter but they didn’t even answer (but the manager, while checking out, confirmed me that she would answer the email with proof that they didn’t receive any payment from booking).
I felt forced to pay again while checkin in because it was late at night and I didn’t feel safe trying to find another hotel at that time. The staff wasn’t being helpful at all, and said that they wouldn’t call booking to confirm I’ve previously paid because they don’t do that.
The doorman helped us finding a cab and we were charged 100MAD instead of the usual 30MAD that we paid on the other days that I didn’t accept help.
I’ve emailed savoy company and apparently the hotel operates independently, so it wasn’t helpful at all.
The room service was also poor - decent food but extremely expensive and the staff was also rude.

I sincerely like to compliment Chef Amina for her leadership capabilities in leading and the F&B team during the morning busy breakfast hours. She also exhibits a welcoming gestures to all guests, and bringing positivism to the morning environment .Another praise should go to Mr Abdellah for his attentiveness and passion in his service delivery and consistently ensure fast turnaround tables and clearing of used plates and cutlery so that guests are able to enjoy their breakfast comfortable. Both of them are truly the assets to Savoy. Keto up with the great job.

The Moroccan restaurant was completely disaster and disappointing. Meet of tangine was so hard and difficult to cut, staff at this restaurant only unresponsive and fruit in morning breakfast were sullen and not fresh or being under sun for a while that had taken the taste away from it

We used our hotel towels to go to spa and pool as we didn’t know the towels are outside. When we asked extra towels for our room, they didn’t bring it and that was not good?

Stunning hotel. They very kindly upgraded us to a suite as we had just gotten engaged and put beautiful flowers and cake in our room which we were so thankful for! The pool area is gorgeous with so many options of seating and accommodate for everyone who wants to sit in the sun or shade. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Our suite had an amazing shower and Jacuzzi bath! The hotel is attached to a large shopping centre with lots of shops and food options inside as the hotel prices were quite expensive.
I feel awful to even list a negative but there was quite substantial renovations going on in the hotel during our stay which I felt guests should definitely have been made aware of before their stay as it was quite disruptive both at the pool and in our room!

Paid 900€ to have a terrible view ...
With those prices the hotel could at least put something on the windows to make it intimate from the outside, other than that u live with closed curtains in the room.
Fitness no antibacterial spray no towels (you have to bring the one from the room and have to explain it to housekeeper because even her does not know). No water fontaine...country is always 35 degrees, it should be mandatory.
Room service burger very good but salad portion for a baby.
To conclude even with nice staff and location, prices are to high for the service level.
